Nice location on the beach with a pool. Good value for the price.

Staf was disinterested. There are better good value restaurants around.

The resort itself was amazing & the personnel was really kind and helpful. I extended my stay there and it was a good decision :)

However the bed was really uncomfortable and the bathroom was a bit dirty. There were Cockroach and Centipedes entering the bathroom almost everyday 😰

The Bungalows were very clean and comfortable, the beach was nice and a perfect spot for watching the sunset. There were many lounge chairs on the beach and the pool was also very nice. Overall the resort was a nice place for a relaxing vacation with its beautiful garden.

The resort is a little bit far away from bigger cities and even the next seven eleven is about 15 min per foot away, so you need to rent a scooter or to call a taxi to explore the island.

Unbeatable location right on one of the best beaches in the island. Walking distance to several good and cheap restaurants. Motorbike hire was easy and price competitive. Staff were great and let us leave our luggage with them for a few days after our stay as we wanted to explore the rest of the island. For the price this place is absolutely perfect and is so much nicer in reality than it looks on Booking! We were pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was. Highly recommended to stay here in Ko Lanta!

Spacious, comfortable rooms, good location, friendly staff and a great value.

There’s a fair amount of rubbish around the property, along pathways and under bungalows. A few hours of cleanup by the staff would take care of it.

- Location close to the beach and swimming pool. - Daily cleaning upon request (incl refill of free water). - Spacious room for a family of three. - Service minded and happy personal.

- It sounded like there was an animal in the wall of the room, constantly walking around. Pretty annoying at night. - Ants were quick to go after food if you brought in the room, was annoying as we had a baby and the formula was mixed in the room. - Sun beds were pretty wore down and their pillows soaked up a lot of water.

We were pleasantly surprised with how big our garden view room was. The bed was large and exteremly comfy. Wifi signal was very good and it was very quiet. We appreciated the staff leaving fresh water for us everyday. Our room was across the main road from the beach, but only 1 min walk to the pool and restaurant. The beach was nice and quiet. The food in the onsite restaurant was lovely and good value. Location is away from the main areas in Koh Lanta but there are lots of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Hotel is a bit old and dated but it is kept quite clean. It could do with more sunbeds around the pool and beach area.

Enjoyed our stay. Good location right on Klong Nin beach. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The restaurant at the accommodation was nice, good spot for sunset drinks. The bar staff were amazing! Really friendly and always smiling, even put on a fire show one night. Room was spacious, fan and a/c worked well plus a fridge. Good shower and bed was comfy enough. They give you free water everyday and are happy to clean your room if requested. Able to book onward transport, tours and motorbikes from front desk. Would stay here again

No where in room to hang towels/clothes to dry but we made it work anyway.

Everything was really good about this place. We recommend this place (nice peaople, sea next to, good pool, good massages) But don't Pay more for beach view.

We had room with beach view, unfortunately in front of was the massage station (i recommend their massages) so we have the curtians closed all the time... also on the beggining we had ants in bed and next there was 1 caracoo (which we killed) .. But we uses Oil for mosquitos and and they vanished (ants).

Extremely competitive price. The huts were decent sized and had hammocks in the front. The resort includes a restaurant that serves good food and is on the sea front / beach, space on the beach (free), massages on the beach, a swimming pool and laundry service. The staff was friendly and helped us with our requests during the stay. The beach is nicer here in the South than in the North of the island. We got a free upgrade for one of the rooms on the same day.

Our huts were not on the sea front but rather in the forest on the other side of the road, but this was clear during booking and for the price we paid I am extremely happy with the solution.
