Location is amazing right on the sea front, we had room 201 overlooking the pool and beach which was great! The team were all lovely very smiley and happy to help, especially the pool bar team!

Needed more reception team, only one team member on check in and on check out with numerous people waiting. It’s felt short. The pool area needs some maintenance it’s looks tired and not sure if they work for the hotel but first thing in the morning theres a team sweeping the sand of rubbish the guys doing the section directly in-front of the hotel just dumped it back in the sea, and I’m not talking just seaweed, plastics, fishing lines, bags. Pollution is an evident issue in the area. Further up the beach we saw other people burying it in the sand.

This is a very nice resort for this price, with a convenient location (not far from the wild center of Chaweng, a good enough walk to get some physical exercise too) and a very nice design (cool breakfast place, garden, nice rooms) and very attentive nice staff

The beach is unfortunately gone. I saw a video on youtube from a few years ago and there was still a narrow slice of beach but it's completely gone now. So you can only lounge at the pool but not on the sand. It's definitely not something the resort can do anything about, but I wanted to write this here so people are aware.

Location was just at the end of a busy ‘strip’ all walkable but we got a moped from reception. Staff organised a lot of trips for us, all very easy and extra helpful. Room was comfy and spacious, nice rustic bathroom. Good variation for breakfast.

Not the hotels fault but we did have a problem with mosquitoes in the room and got bitten a lot.

The rooms were very clean and big! Bathroom was stunning with a big walk in shower. Lovely little patio areas. The outdoor areas are very beautiful and very quick walk down to beach. Pool area is good with a bar and outdoor shower. Close to shops and resteraunts. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Could've had a larger clothes dryer outside to hang more clothing outside to dry.

Quieter end of Chewang 20 min walk in to busy area. Lovely breakfast buffet. Nice rooms with balcony. Nice pool overlooking beach. Reasonable price and good service.

Room service and food by the pool was very efficient, but all seemed reheated. Good if you are short for time.

Staff were friendly and helpful in particular 2 bar staff at the pool bar, Mod and Ball were exceptional, ensuring that we had towels upon arrival, placing our orders for drinks and food. Our friend had left his wallet at the pool, Mod( staff member) had remembered what room number we were in and returned the wallet to us. The massage ladies at the pool area were professional and did a great job.

Didnt get fresh towels in our rooms each day. Air Con struggles in the our room with the high ceilings, just wasn't cold enough for us. Bed and pillows were very good. Breakfast was included however choices were limited for westerners. no hash browns, fried tomato and you had to ask for bacon to be cooked, there was only one day that bacon was actually cooked and in a warmer ready.

Beach directly outside was OK bit stony....didn't have breakfast as it wasn't included in price

Bit busier than other resorts and bagging sunbeds by pool with towels exists here.....staff should have a policy and enforce it

Hotel is really beautiful, with big and comfortable rooms, amazing garden with pool and sea view and very friendly and profesional staff. Dealicious breakfast and beautiful restaurant. Massage is avaliable in the hotel and we strongly recommend massage next to the beach - amazing experiance with the see view and sounds of the waves. Very good localization with many beach bars, restaurants etc. and hospital close to the hotel.

The beach in front of the hotel is full of algas and the water there is orange. You need to go farther to the beach to find clean, blue water. - The pool is open only till 6pm, which is very earliy time. - Prices at hotel's restaurant and bar are high, comperining to the surrounding. That's why almost nobody eat or drink there, and whereas other beach bars are full of people in the evening, there is no one in Chura bar.

There is beach area with any beds as the photos show - instead there is a jet ski company (not associated with the hotel) directly in front of the pool on the beach.

Exceptional customer service and such a nice facility. Peaceful as away from busy main road but close enough to walk to. Room was clean and spacious. Grounds cleaned everyday. The food and drink special at pool bar is very worth it.
