The beach is nice, the hotel set up is cool and really boho-chique! Work still is being done, and in the room we missed some small things like a hook to hang our towel in the shower, but that’s a minor detail. I loved that there was a beach bag and coffee in the morning, fresh water. The people at the reception desk were very helpful.

It would be nice if there were some appointed locations for the use of marihuana and some supervision. Because now it was everywhere, also a lot around the pool, beach bar and therefore also kids play area. Not the best to be around with kids in my opinion. People were also very loud, and rude to staff. Cleaning: was not really okay for us. Upon arrival I requested new sheets as ours were dirty, I mentioned this through the WhatsApp. But up till departure we did not get any new sheets.

I slept on the hill and there is no elevator. The only way to get to the room was to climb almost 80 stairs every time that was pain in the ass.

The room was amazing, we had a bungalow. Exceeded expectations. Location is perfect, the beach at the resort is stunning. Pool area is great. The cocktails and food are good, the only thing that lets this place down is the staff at the Cocohut bar that is on the beach / by the pool. 90% of them are rude, don't smile and don't seem to know what they are doing half the time. They are super unapproachable and ignore you half the time. there is no consistency to the service, no one knew where they had to order - sometimes they would ask you to order and pay at the bar (you would always have to go ask them, noone ever came over even though it is table style service here) and sometimes when you went up to the bar they would just completely ignore you and you would stand there for ages and get nowhere (you could see everyone else doing the same, it was an absolute shambles). Multiple times they passed me a huge bill to pay for that was not mine and when I said it wasn't mine they looked at me like I was lying and just walked off. I must say though, the reception staff and the guy who helps with your luggage on arrival are super lovely and very helpful, always smiling and saying hello - could not be more opposite to the bar staff! This place would be perfect if the bar staff were as nice as the rest of the staff at Cocohut.

everything, it was amazing! lovely rooms, friendly stuff, nice breakfast and an amazing beach and pool area! wish we could’ve stayed longer. everything was just perfect, great standard! there is even a shuttle to the “city”

my dress got stolen at the beach bar. the staff was super helpful about it but it couldn’t be found. it was made for me by my grandma who has since passed away, so it was a very emotional loss. not the hotels fault, just a reminder to keep an eye on your belongings at all times, even at more expensive hotels.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel! The location was excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I injured my foot during my trip and the staff went out of their way to move me to a ground-floor room on my last night, which I really appreciated. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

During the checkin they offered us an upgrade to the ocean front honeymoon suite which was the highlight of our stay. The location is just next to the beach and the bar next to the pool was very cute and convenient. We loved it and would stay here again.

The breakfast could be better, just two coffee machines, two omlette stations. the staff was not able to keep with the crowd up. Just a minor thing, there was no place to hang the towels in the room.

The staff were amazing and soooo friendly! The grounds always keep clean. The rooms were immaculate.

They allow tourist to smoke weed on the premises and beach. Many families with young children and pot heads smoking up next to them. Also, I'm trying to have dinner and the smell of skunk floating around. Totally disrespectful, It should be banned in such a prestigious resort.

This resort was open not cramped up like other resorts, beach and location was great and staff were helpful and friendly. Water pressure was awesome in the showers. Highly recommend this resort.
