My partner and I stayed here for a week. Prime location! Right in the heart of Sairee but perfectly positioned so it is very quiet at night. Very short walk to the beach and there is lots of nearby restaurants, cafes, bars etc. you can also walk to the pier without much difficulty. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and cleaned daily if you choose. The room has everything you could possibly need I.e. fridge, coffee, tea, toiletries and there’s even a communal kitchen you can use. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly room was a good size and very clean, good location, on the main road but just a few minutes walk from all the bars restaurants and shops so still quiet. The owner helped advise us a booked tours as well as organises early check out plus a taxi to get us to the early ferry.

Place was a little bit old and basic, but everything worked well and good value for money so no complaints here.

I loved the kindness of staff especially Khin, the room was spacey and comfortable and the location was very accessible but not right in the middle of everything so enjoyed both the quietness and the ability to walk for 2 minutes and be in the center.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. Having access to a kitchen was a nice surprise! The rooms were spacious with lots of storage, air con and fan.

We stayed 4 nights and the room was only cleaned once, ideally we would have preferred it to be done every day due to sand off our feet and the bathroom getting wet during showering. The shower was fine but if they replaced the head it would be better as it sprayed all over the place. Very simple fixes and I would stay again.

The location is optimal, located near Sairee Beach's main road, but on a quiet part of it. The room was very clean and the staff was great and very welcoming. The shared bathroom and shower were very clean as well.

There was no natural light in the room (no windows), and the blankets were too thin.

Perfect location! Close to everything! The beach, the bars, the 7/11 and restaurants. And yet it’s placed in a quiet area. The room was very clean when we arrived. The staff was very nice and helpful. Room had everything we needed.

They only clean the room once every three days. The doors of the room are large windows so what separates you from the outside is only a curtain.

We had to pay extra for aircon even though there was an air conditioner in the room (they took the remote out). Rooms should come with aircon as standard especially when there is one in the room

Room was spacious with a table even, wifi was good so I could work, we got new water every day,

Power outage everyday which was a bit annoying as I had to work and the staff didn’t really help, room wasn’t always cleaned even though we put up the sign

Friendly staff and very helpful and friendly owner helping us to organise onward travel. Quiet location but near to all the restaurants and shops. The room provided everything we needed and was spotlessly clean and great value for money.

Central sairee town ..2 mins from beach and main bar restaurant area but very quiet so no problem with noise. Big room, comfy bed, clean and lovely hosts Would stay again /longer but fully booked
