This is an exceptional resort with so many attributes - the rooms are spacious and well conceived. The pool area is superb. A private stretch of beach with both bar and restaurant offering delicious and beautifully presented food and drinks. The staff are genuinely warm and incredibly attentive. It has been a joy to stay here

The only criticism was the beach during January being littered with sea debris but this cannot be helped by the hotel but is worth bearing in mind if you do stay here during these tidal events. The staff clear and maintain the beach throughout the day to try to mitigate this.

Amazing place. It is not luxury but it was perfect for us. We had a huge villa for the 5 of us with multiple bathrooms and showers including an outdoor shower and bathtub which we love. Our Villa was right by the pool and steps from the restaurant and the beautiful beach. Super quiet and secluded location. Literally just us and a handful of other guests. The sunset view is magic. The staff goes above and beyond, especially the girl at the restaurant in the evenings, Kokai (not sure about the spelling), she was exceptional. Also the front desk staff was very helpful and got my IPhone repaired. The food was very good. Service was sometimes a little slow but understandable since they only have one chef and 1-2 waiters. We would love to return one day and stay longer.

The only thing I would mention is that it would be nice to also have conditioner in the bathroom. Moreover there should be trash cans in every toilet of the Villa since they ask not to throw paper down the toilet…

The villas were large and well maintained. The resort was tranquil and had a good pool and beach area. As a small resort the staff got to know you immediately and were always friendly and helpful. Massage area by the beach was really good.

The design of the restaurant area was not really in keeping with the style of resort and lacked atmosphere even though the staff were excellent and the food was good.

Lovely boutique on the quiet side of the island, far from all the noise. Relaxing at its best. Crew was very friendly and helpful, especially the reception guy named Phon. The owner of the place was super nice as well. Children loved the pool. Good food. Totally recommended !

Absolutely fantastic stay. I arrived at about 4pm, and stayed at the beach the whole 3-4 hours doing nothing. It is quite, the staff is super helpful. I had to go to pier for the ferry, the manager drove me to the meeting point and waited for a few minutes, then took me to the pier. The best hotel during my 12days travel.

Very relaxing place to stay in Koh Samui. Quiet end of Lipa Noi beach. Staff went above and beyond to make you feel at home. Food was outstanding. It was the perfect place to unwind on holiday.

Centre part of beach was quite run down which was sad.

The staff at the restaurant were incredible. We were so happy to see them each day. The room is huge and the beach was beautiful.

There's not much in the area, but if you want a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of samui, this is a great place!
