Quiet location in a park in the middle of the town!!! It is like the country side with all the convenience of being in a city with a very affordable price. The owner also sells tours and rents scooters. Perfect!

Super friendly and helpful hostess! Great selection of board games is really handy if it rains for an hour or two. The bed was comfortable and clean, and they offered to clean our room or change our sheets/towels halfway through our stay. Comfortable chairs in downstairs chilling area, not pictured on the listing is a terrace on the rooftop 2 other levels! So plenty plenty of space to chill. The location was great near food markets, bars and an amazing view of the river right there. If you want to hire a scooter you can do it from right there. Could buy water, coffees, cold drinks right there too.

The staff where so lovely welcoming and helpful, asking us about our day and even giveing us advice about sites to see. They offered to help arrange transport to our next location (even tho we didn’t use it) the beds where reasonable and faculties clean all and all the hotel was reasonable for the price

Sometimes the lady at the desk would go on brake or go away for the reception so extending and trying to arrange transport was difficult. we also got charged an extra 1200 Bart at the end of our stay, even tho we remember paying for each extension upfront. we where late for our buss off payed what they where asking but wernt explained to fully what this was for.

Amaizing and helpful staff and I think we had the best host in Thailand so far. Indy was very kind and helped us with choosing and booking tours. She also helped us with transportation when we needed and we are very thankful for that. The accomodation is very good. It's super clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. They offer breakfast, coffee, tea and there's always cool water in the fridge if you want to buy. There's no fridge in the room, but there's one downstairs in the hall and guests can use it. The accomodation is right next to the river, it's quiet and perfect for a good rest. There is a night market nearby, a few nice bars, coffee shop and a restaurant. At first, we planned to stay only for 3 days, but we extended the stay so that we can rest more and visit more attractions.

Our room was a bit dark, not enough daylight coming from the window, but the other rooms on our floor looked nice. There's a fan and AC but you need to pay extra for the AC.

My boyfriend and I are backpacking and this hotel was absolutely perfect. I would recommend booking a room with an air con as being next to a river it gets very humid but the fans are very strong. Indy (the hostess), was very friendly and helpful. She took us to see a local temple and has answered many of our questions about the area. You can also book day trips through Indy (which is super helpful!) You can easily get washing done here and can also buy drinks (alcohol and soft) on site for a very cheap price. the outdoor sitting area is so comfortable and homely, definitely the best place we have stayed in Thailand so far.

We loved our stay with Indy. She was so helpful and welcoming, especially helpful when it came to sorting out transport and connections for our next couple of stops. Really responsive on WhatsApp too. The accommodation was immaculate and really nice. We loved the communal area with a view of the river and our room was excellent (especially for the price). It’s a little walk into town, which we especially enjoyed at night with all the locales fishing and bbq-ing and chatting. Not far from the night market by the river. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and value for money was amazing. Indy the owner was extremely helpful and helped us book travel, sorted our washing, arranged day trips for us and we also hired a moped for the day from her for only 200 baht! Rooms were very clean but can get very hot without AC. Fan rooms all have an AC in the room so if you do get too hot you can use the AC for 300 baht (your deposit) for your whole stay.

The location, slightly away from the city, with a nice view over the river. Nice and friendly owner, who showed us around the city, both during day and night. We felt welcomed and taken care for! The rooms were clean and there was a cosy common area and balcony.

Make sure to check if you booked the room with fan only, there is an extra fee per day for using aircon.

we had no expectations for this place also due a no pictures on booking. But we end up really surprised to how friendly and welcoming was the lady at the reception and consequently the good environment and vibes she created around. small place but good vibes

Close to everything. Owner gave us discounted tours. So cheap. Clean. Great place to stay. Grandson had sunburn. Gave us aloe spray. I will be back.

It rained a lot but we were so close everything it was not a worry.
