Lovely little hotel, which is well designed and impeccably clean. Rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels, toiletries and water provided. We requested a table and chairs for our balcony and this was provided immediately. The bed was firm, but very comfortable and the linen was clean and crisp. A free shuttle service is provided several times a day to Ao Nang (and I believe other 'local' destinations.) No coffee making facilities in the room, but free coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby. It's situated near several restaurants - the Vietnamese restaurant across the road is simply outstanding. It's a reasonable walk in to Krabi Town and to the river, but there are plenty of transport options available. If you are heading in to town, absolutely stop for coffee and cake at Paul's Bakery. The staff were wonderful.

Room is nice, bed is comfortable. Bathroom and room are clean. Hotel offeres free transport to city (night market) which is great because it is not in the walking distance.

We had one really bad experience - someone from room next door was smoking weed on the balcony in the middle of the night and smoke went directly into AC and into our room so we woke up, had to make air fresh again so we could sleep which took some time. We would recommend to forbid smoking on balconies because smoke easly gets into other peoples rooms. Also, staff could improve their english language skill.

The room is spacious with the quite big bathroom. We had possibility to check in earlier as we were transferring from other hotel. The hotel is clean and placed a bit aside from the Main Street. Behind the building there is parking located, easy to park the scooter.

The location is a bit further from the river side, however still reachable by walk of around 25-30 min. As far as I know there is shuttle bus from hotel that goes to city centrum, we didn’t use it as we had scooter rented.

Staff is very friendly

We loved Peak Boutique hotel. The room was massive as well as the size of the bed and was so comfy! Incredibly clean and the staff were so kind. The shuttle service too and from town is super handy and one night we missed the last shuttle and then couldnt find a Grab so they shuttled us into town anyway. Room service seemed to go over and above even lining up our shoes neatly. Location is slightly out of town but meant that we were last picked up and first dropped off for the two tours we did which was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

The woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much! Furthermore the area is full of good inexpensive restaurants frequented mostly by local people but because of that maybe cheaper and more authentic. You can also still walk into town or to the mangrove park. And for trips to kayak in Ao Thalane, Klong Root, or hiking etc. you can easily get transport too. Also excellent quality in-room massage is available. In the evening the area becomes quiet too.

Nothing really. I would return. Hopefully the personnel stays the same.

The staff were super attentive and friendly especially the driver who would give you free transport into town, he was very flexible with times and always smiling. Everyone was friendly and helpful if I needed support with anything.

I think the location but of course you can’t move the hotel. The shuttle bus came in very handy and I used it nearly every day so that solved my problem of feeling far away from town.

Very modern and comfortable rooms. It was a perfect place to recuperate for a night after a fairly long ferry and bus journey. The hotel is close to the Lomprayah bus stop and the hotel tuk tuk can pick you up or drop you off there, which is a big bonus! All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the place has a nice vibe.

There could have been a kettle and tea & coffee in the room.

The staff was super friendly and they helped us to enjoy our trip .. they have always helped us by suggesting wat can we do in krabi and then arranging the trips for us .. they even paid for us until we exchanged the money ... they also have shuttle to the city which saved us some food money

-at the beginning, i didn't like that the hotel is a bit out of the downtown, but i loved the neighbourhood and how calm was the place, also had chance to meet people away from the city.

This is the best hotel we’ve stayed in Thailand. We only stayed for one night to catch the flight the next morning. Super super super clean. The room is spacious! The bed is comfortable. The hotel is well managed and new. Our room is quiet and you can watch sunrise in the morning. I love the local restaurant nearby (across the street and you can see many locals eat there). It was the best Thai food we had. The restaurant does not have English menu and mainly locals eat there (we just looked around and followed what locals order). The hotel provides free shuttle to the Krabi Town, which is so convenient. Staffs are so friendly. We will definitely stay in this place whenever we come to Krabi.
