This is a beautiful hotel, an oasis in fact in Mae Sot. The staff were welcoming and very friendly throughout our stay. The room was nice, with comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast is delicious with lots of choices of Thai and foreign breakfast. The pool was really nice and clean, they had a nice shallow pool at one end that was perfect for children to enjoy. The restaurant and cafe served delicious meals too.

There is nothing I have to complain about, we were very pleasantly surprised and truly enjoyed our stay at The Teak Hotel.

Always smiling and helpful staff. The rooms are wonderful and super clean. My girlfriend and I stayed at The Teak for one week in December and we could feel the Christmas atmosphere around this hotel with all the Christmas trees, decoration and music. Hands down, one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Thank you for everything, The Teak staff. My girlfriend and I will be back again.

They delivered excellent service and we came in with a lot of dirty laundry and they fixed everything in four hours. They have amazing food in the restaurant for a very very good prices. The pool was good and the hotel it’s very clean and the stuff is really good and it’s a lot of people working there, and this made the service quick and very enjoyable. I really recommend this hotel, if you travel to Mae Sot.

Excellent service, front desk were very helpful. Cleaning staff were very polite. Breakfast has variety options and tasted very good. The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable.

The sound of other guests closing their door was a bit loud. My other friends stayed at a different room and she said she could hear me cough from where she was. It’d be perfect if the hotel was a bit more sound proof. The shower was a bit confusing, and the mirror lighting was alright a little difficult to do my makeup, other than that I’d stay there again.

Rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. There was a large selection for breakfast including many treats you don’t usually find at other hotels like hot soy milk with grains or steamed bao. I’m not sure if it might have been a special occasion of Chinese new year, but there was even a station making fresh waffles and pancakes.

Since it was Chinese new year, there was a very loud party downstairs. The sound system was so loud that I felt like I was sitting in the party even though I was in my room with all the windows closed. Luckily the party did not go on too late. But in the morning during breakfast they also turned on very loud Chinese music for the Chinese New Year celebration. It was much too loud for breakfast music and hurt my ears. Other than this my stay was great and I would absolutely go back again…hopefully the hotel will not have loud music or festivities next time I go.

We stayed at The Teak for 6 weeks for work. From start to finish it was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful - extra thanks to the office manager and Mam in the restaurant whose customer service was exceptional. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay and our room was cleaned every day. The pool and gym facilities were great and not overly busy. Huge comfy bed and great air-con. The restaurant was exceptional (especially the pizza and club sandwich!) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend if you are in Mae Sot.

The only thing would be if it was possible to use the balcony attached to room.

A new and modern hotel, likely the best hotel in the area, but not cheap. Location is walking distance to temples worth visiting, markets, not far from night market, restaurants. Pretty much in the center of things.

A bit expensive

Breakfast was good, but kindly include a variety of vegeterian options . It is good to also check wwith your clients upon booking if they are vegeterians or not so that you can prepare good meals for them. Also have a variety of fruits and not only 3 same type of fruits for the whole stay.

Was so surprised to find this kind of place in Mae Sot. Like walking off the street into another world. Very professional staff, clean and great facilities.

Located at the centre of city and many shops, cafe are nearby. The hotel itself has an excellent restaurant. Room was clean and quite large, AC was great. The swimming pool looks cool though didn't swim. Breakfast has great deal of choices. And, the view of mountains was awesome.

Wish to use the balcony which was surprsing locked . There could be a better wardrobe , the reading desk could be high up for easy work. In the bathroom, there could be more space to hang clothes and towel.
