everything. especially the hotel staff (all the receptionists those in blue, red and gold uniforms), they were really nice, treated me so well, made me feel safe, tried so hard to communicate with me (language barrier) but they speak english quite fluent enough for me to understand, cared for their customers greatly, never faced any disturbance at all, my room was so clean i found nothing that could displease me but perfection. housekeepers cleaned my room quickly and did their job very well without making me feel uncomfortable. the location as well very strategic, the skywalk was the best thing could ever exist. ordered grab food also very quick as all the shops and restaurants are nearby. breakfast served was scrumptious, very quick on refilling food/drinks that was almost finished.

just small things that are quite irrelevant but no gym or pool, thats it :(

This was my first time staying at ibis Impact Bangkok for two nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Especially during check in, the lady in charge of my check in process was superb and efficient. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending events at IMPACT, as it is just a short distance away. The overall service and amenities were excellent. The breakfast had many choices and was delicious. The staff from the café, breakfast team, the chef who cooked the omelette, housekeeping staff and the doorman were all very nice and friendly. Not to mention the staff who helped me make a cup of coffee during breakfast, he was very kind and gentle. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again for my next event.

You need to request for toothbrush/ toothpaste

There is the skywalk connecting to the hotel which you can use to walk all the way to Impact Arena for a concert. There are automatic walkways along the skywalk, very convenient. The room is up to ibis standard. Breakfast has lots of variety in Thai style which my mom likes it. The seafood congee is good.

The kitchenware is available upon request with an extra fee but that is not what I don't like. They are the single-use type of kitchenware which would only create more waste. I wouldn't mind paying extra when asking for one and getting the proper kitchenware which are ceramics or other materials but not disposable ones.

The hotel is within walking distance to IMPACT Arena, very convenient for people coming to attend concerts or events in this complex. The hotel even has a direct connection with the Cosmo Walk in the 2nd floor, which allow passengers to walk safely and freely above the roads. The room is small but it is perfectly designed. Friendly and helpful staff. The food at Green and Groove Cafe was fresh and delicious. We had a great stay here.

Stayed here for a concert at Thunder Dome and they have a covered walkway directly from the hotel to the concert venue! The walkway also gives access to the nearby mall, and the foodcourt at the mall has some delicious local food at a cheaper price than in the center of Bangkok. Hotel room itself was comfortable and clean.

Room was on the smaller side than I would have expected for the price but I understand I’m paying a bit more for the proximity to the concert venue. It is also very far from center of Bangkok so not a lot of public transport options, must take taxi/Grab and get on the toll road.

Loved how convenient the hotel was located from IMPACT Arena! Especially after a bustling night from a concert, it was such a relief to not have to worry about getting transport when you could just walk to your room after.

The signs on the SKY Bridge towards the venue was not indicated clearly and we missed it a couple of times, which made us turn back and waste about 15 minutes. It isn't the hotel's fault though, I'd like to add that.

If you are going for an event at Impact Arena this is really a great choice.. walking distance to venue with covered walkway right into the hotel.. the room was a good size for 2 people.. beds were comfy and had daily cleaning service..there is a mall nearby for food groceries etc and also a row of outlet shops.. If your purpose is Impact Arena this is the ideal hotel

The hotel itself is good but besides the mall and exhibition hall there is nothing much in the nearby area. if you want to explore Bangkok city its a 20-30 min drive away but very doable if you have an extra day to spend

The rooms were super clean and well-equipped. WI-FI worked great the whole stay no dropped connections. Breakfast had a large choice on the 3rd floor at the Taste Restaurant. The second floor is connected to the Cosmo Walk and able to walk back and forth to the Cosmo Bazaar without worrying about traffic crossroads on the elevated walks and also to the Thunderdome for a soccer match. At the Cosmo Bazaar, there is everything in food, clothes, electronics, fashion, and a movie cinema, and a lot to do there. There are also stores around the square of the Comso Bazaar.

We stayed in the Standard Queen Room which is a little small room but the good stuff mentioned above made up for that and was exceptionally clean. Plenty to do around the area. All and all were still exceptional.

The comfortable size of the room (the 'handicap room' was allocated), the clean sheets and the overall cleanliness. The service at the cafe on the Ground floor and the hospitable doorman/security team member was exceptional. I needed to go to Impact for an exhibition; hence the location was ideal with a sheltered walkway to the convention centre (despite a bit of a distance).

The communication with the Junior receptionist at Check-in, the smell of the lobby of food and slightly thin walls (which I could hear the conversations next door). Overall, food quality - is poor. Cold, hardened food at the lobby kiosk, ground floor cafe and breakfast. Sadly, it felt like 7-11 cold food / uncooked phad thai, high carb Asian dishes at breakfast. It could be better with the chefs/dishes prepared...

The location is incredibly convenient. I could easily access the Impact Arena by walking through the skywalk on the hotel's second floor. What's great is that this skywalk is roofed, so even if the weather isn't cooperating, it won't be a problem. The hotel's café also offers delicious food. Moreover, the hotel's decor is tailored to match the ambiance of concerts at the Impact Arena. This makes it a top choice for concert-goers visiting the Impact Arena in Bangkok.
