Stayed here for a concert at Thunder Dome and they have a covered walkway directly from the hotel to the concert venue! The walkway also gives access to the nearby mall, and the foodcourt at the mall has some delicious local food at a cheaper price than in the center of Bangkok. Hotel room itself was comfortable and clean.

Room was on the smaller side than I would have expected for the price but I understand I’m paying a bit more for the proximity to the concert venue. It is also very far from center of Bangkok so not a lot of public transport options, must take taxi/Grab and get on the toll road.

If you are going for an event at Impact Arena this is really a great choice.. walking distance to venue with covered walkway right into the hotel.. the room was a good size for 2 people.. beds were comfy and had daily cleaning service..there is a mall nearby for food groceries etc and also a row of outlet shops.. If your purpose is Impact Arena this is the ideal hotel

The hotel itself is good but besides the mall and exhibition hall there is nothing much in the nearby area. if you want to explore Bangkok city its a 20-30 min drive away but very doable if you have an extra day to spend

The rooms were super clean and well-equipped. WI-FI worked great the whole stay no dropped connections. Breakfast had a large choice on the 3rd floor at the Taste Restaurant. The second floor is connected to the Cosmo Walk and able to walk back and forth to the Cosmo Bazaar without worrying about traffic crossroads on the elevated walks and also to the Thunderdome for a soccer match. At the Cosmo Bazaar, there is everything in food, clothes, electronics, fashion, and a movie cinema, and a lot to do there. There are also stores around the square of the Comso Bazaar.

We stayed in the Standard Queen Room which is a little small room but the good stuff mentioned above made up for that and was exceptionally clean. Plenty to do around the area. All and all were still exceptional.

The comfortable size of the room (the 'handicap room' was allocated), the clean sheets and the overall cleanliness. The service at the cafe on the Ground floor and the hospitable doorman/security team member was exceptional. I needed to go to Impact for an exhibition; hence the location was ideal with a sheltered walkway to the convention centre (despite a bit of a distance).

The communication with the Junior receptionist at Check-in, the smell of the lobby of food and slightly thin walls (which I could hear the conversations next door). Overall, food quality - is poor. Cold, hardened food at the lobby kiosk, ground floor cafe and breakfast. Sadly, it felt like 7-11 cold food / uncooked phad thai, high carb Asian dishes at breakfast. It could be better with the chefs/dishes prepared...

The location is incredibly convenient. I could easily access the Impact Arena by walking through the skywalk on the hotel's second floor. What's great is that this skywalk is roofed, so even if the weather isn't cooperating, it won't be a problem. The hotel's café also offers delicious food. Moreover, the hotel's decor is tailored to match the ambiance of concerts at the Impact Arena. This makes it a top choice for concert-goers visiting the Impact Arena in Bangkok.

This is my second visit and I love how it is close to the airport. About thirty minutes drive if u take Grab. The breakfast is a variety from english breakfast to asian rice meal. The bed and room are clean and comfortable. Two nights I saw security staff were doing round and checking each room. Very secure. Connecting bridges to cosmo bazaar, thunderdome and impact arena. So convenience.

The toilet has just enough room for you to shower and all.

İt is pretty close to bazaar. You can find “grab” anytime. There is someth called skywalk which allows u to go to the shoppimg mall without using the road but it closes at 21.00 just so u know

The ac isnt the best cus u cannot just make it auto or anything it will keep blowing cold air which might make u sick. i had a sore necl from the second night. The shower isnt the best. the water flow keeps changing which might be cus of other people using it. Other than that it is pretty budget friendly.

All staff were really polite, helpful and friendly, I was really grateful. Overall, it was a great experience of staying in this hotel. Thank you for all the great services. Will come back for more stays.

The delay in checking in. I could understand the hotel might be fully booked but I think this could definitely be improved. I mean when the hotel follow strictly to the time for customer to check out, then they should also strictly make sure that the room is ready on time for customer to check in. Anyway the reception staff was so polite to offer an apology during my check in and apologize again during my check out, so thank you.

The hotel is located near the IMPACT conference centre, with a direct pedestrian passage. The room was OK. Wifi worked well. The bar and billiard at the entrance were convenient in the evening. The hotel staff was generally responsive.

Check-in was a bit slow - a long queue required almost 30 minutes of waiting time. Adding breakfast on one morning was complicated - After waiting in the breakfast queue, I was asked to go back to the reception and to queue again to buy a discounted breakfast ticket for the breakfast on the other floor. The breakfast itself was not too spectacular, with a lot of guests, and several items missing when I came.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They also did what I requested for my friend’s birthday by decorating the room with balloons and wrote wishes on the mirror. We were impressed by your heart work!

The scent that I smelt along the corridor on 16th floor wasn’t what I expected. Not sure if it’s the air spray from the hotel or it was from the guests but the scent was too strong and I am sensitive of that.
