Fortune Hotel Korat is a one of a kind hotel in the city. It is very near to some landmarks and shopping malls around Korat. The staffs are very helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms are great, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast in their restaurant is also great and they offered a lot of food to choose from. The price is not too expensive. The view from their hotel rooms are also exceptional. We will surely come back again in the near future.

The tissue roll they provide in their toilet is so low quality. It is not strong. The blankets and matress cover smelled like bleach. Using fabric conditioner can give more satisfying and wonderful stay to your guests.

A clean hotel of sufficient size in the center. the staff does not have the Tailant warmth we are used to. Wifi was turned off as soon as the landing time passed. it took me 12 hours to get wifi password for additional booking. I wanted to book 1 more day, they asked for a very high fee. I realized my mistake and made my reservation from Booking.com. My reservation was excluding breakfast. I wanted to add breakfast, again, they asked for 50% more from booking.com, I did not receive it.

There are no electrical sockets at the head of the bed. There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The light of the bathroom and the hallway flashes together. disturbing at night

Hotel has a great location, rooms are very nice and well maintained, staff are always friendly and the buffet breakfast is always excellent.

Main reason we stay here is because every room we've previously stayed in has a bath, which is great as we only have a shower at home and we do enjoy a good soak - unfortunately this time we only had a shower in the room, which was a bit disappointing after we'd really been looking forward to the bath. Everything else was excellent as always.

No plugs next to the headrests which make it a bit uncomfortable especially if one needs to charge the mobile device whilst in bed The gym room is big but lacks free weights and other basic equipment

Location was brilliant, just a short walk from the Ya Mo monument and centre of town. The, views from our room were fantastic - right across the city, and the room facilities were very good, especially the shower which has to be the best hotel shower we've ever had anywhere, let alone in Thailand where water pressure is often poor. The buffet breakfast was wonderful - a huge selection of food, and what we had was delicious.

Only issue was the lack of plug sockets - or more specifically, the location of the sockets - there really needs to be a socket by the bed. It was good that the sockets which were available mostly took uk plugs. Strangely, there was a socket next to the loo - maybe good if you want to spend a lot of time there on your phone, but not sure of any other practical use for it.

Been here many times. Very comfortable. Great breakfast.

The bar prices are a little excessive. This stay I opted for 399baht International Buffet. Very disappointed. Tried spaghetti bolegnese, pasta carbonara, pizza. All very poor and un-itilian. Sushi bar was bland. Starter tuna good, mae kwow good. Salad left out too long. Thai food was just ok, but reheated. Rice dishes, so-so. Dessert tray, didn't go back for seconds. Might help if hotel offer a pre-taste of dishes before forking out big money (4 people, 1596baht, all disappointed). Have eaten room service here before, and no problems.

Nice hotel, with friendly helpful staff. We had a nice spacious room with two good single beds. View was perfect looking at Terminal21. Breakfast superb, lots to eat and much choice having buffet.

All is very clean but you can see that there are walls that need new paint and bathroom needs new silicone sealant. Also little flies In bathroom, wonder where they come from.

Declaration: We love ❤ this hotel. Staff are warm and helpful and cheerful, makes you feel good. Beds are so comfortable. Great location for shopping. Terminal 21 and Big C across the road.

The crossings at the traffic lights are not safe. The shopping 🛍 is near but ask the desk to get you a taxi. We walk to English pub Monkey Bar but pavement/sidewalk very uneven. We get tuk tuk back.

The staff are quite helpful. The room is quite a good size. The location is very good - for the Terminal21 mall in Nakhon, about 5-10 minutes across a busy road. Breakfast is very good, my second stay here, and there is a good variety available.

Nothing, it is probably the best hotel you can choose for the city-the only bad thing really could be the bad traffic in Nakhon, pretty much constant except for about 5 or 6 hours from 10- 11pm at night. No traffic noise though, as the hotel is well back off the road.

I was very happy with my stay. The hotel was very good value for money. Staff were helpful and welcoming and efficient. The hotel location is very convenient for Korat, very near to Terminal 21 and the historic part of the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and there was lots of parking space.

The only thing I noted was that when other guests were noisy they could easily be heard. However, this problem is quite a common one in many hotels, and it was only a problem on one night, when there was a coachload of tourists who came in quite late one evening.
