Breakfast is ok. Our booking was eco-tent and deluxe tent; would recommend family for deluxe tent. There is more room space and private toilet inside the room.

Eco-tent space is not quite big enough for family of 3-4 persons. Also shared bathroom/toilet need a little walk to go there.

The internet signal was very weak, making it difficult to stay connected, and there was no convenience store within the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient for small necessities. Improving these aspects would greatly enhance the overall experience."

Property is clean and peaceful. We saw many wild birds and it was amazing. Good breakfast with many options, but only if you come early enough. Staff is amazing, very caring and positive.

The cutlery had individual plastic wrappers on, completely unnecessary and goes against the resort’s sustainability message. Our shower did not have hot water one night, but it was fixed immediately. One unlucky accident - went to a dinner at the restaurant, and the food had hair in it. But I’d like to think it’s just my luck, as the food was amazing.

Lovely, quiet spot near the entrance to the National Park. The grounds and pool were beautiful and the tent had everything we needed plus some great extras like bags for us to use while there. The shared bathrooms were clean and easy plus breakfast was a nice bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful! A short walk into town for dinner or a visit to 7-Eleven. We did a 2 day safari with their recommended guide company and it was a great experience! Highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway and easy access to the park.

There wasn't a lot to walk to and, unfortunately, the bikes they had weren't available to use outside of the resort. It was only an issue on the day we didn't go into the park.

Pure nature bliss. The tents are so comfortable and incredibly clean. Having a little verandah on the tent is also superb. The pool is amazing, bathroom facilities are perfect too. So much so that taking a private bathroom tent just doesn't seem worth the extra cost. The restaurant is fantastic with a super buffet breakfast. We also ate delicious Thai dishes for our second supper. The whole set up is so tranquil and comfortable. Loved every second.

Literally the only downside was the noise from the AC. Thankfully the temperature wasn't so hot that we needed it through the night, but if we did it would definitely cause a disruption to ones sleep.

The price point! It offers great value for money. At less than 2,000 THB per night, you couldn't ask for more. Everything, especially the tent, its amenities, and the interior design, exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was sufficient, though not superb. We were also thrilled to see a pair of hornbills!

Actually, there wasn't anything we didn't like, but we have a suggestion for improvement. We found that the available activities were somewhat limited. You could definitely offer a wider range of options at little to no cost, such as frisbees to play with on the beautiful empty field or books to borrow and read at the café.

The air is good, and the environment is suitable for your vacation.

It sounds like the lights are not bright enough when you go back at night, especially on weekdays. If the light is only turned on when there are many people, it may be the management to save electricity. However, insufficient lighting does bring safety hazards, especially when the sky is very dark. Perhaps we can report this problem to the relevant departments or managers and advise them to maintain appropriate lighting on weekdays to ensure everyone's safety.

Location and atmosphere are nice. Breakfast are acceptable.

Traffic noise is terrible! And loud music in the night after 10pm is unnecessary. House cleaner wake you at 9 am (this is disturbing). We are there in January and we have the feeling the tent is overpriced. (Low season after new year season) there is no room phone. Room BBQ for 2600.- not sure if this is high end price. For me this is abit too high.

This resort has varied levels of accommodation. We used the 'shared bathroom' tented option, which was excellent for a short stay. The staff were excellent, and the tents comfortable.

At 0500hrs on our second night, extremely loud rock music was played. I went to reception to be told it was not on site but a nearby music festival! Despite the site being a quarter of a mile away, it sounded like a rock band practising in the tent next door! And who the hell goes to a rock festival at 0500hr? It's not the fault of the site, but it's frustrating all the same.

Great location. Very beautiful and peaceful in the deluxe signature tent and a lovely stroll over the bridge to the dining area. Pool area was very relaxing.

Breakfast could be a bit better. BBQ meal at dinner was on the small size when it said 2-4 people, and the waiter who said he would cook the meats for us then disappeared off so we ended up having to cook our own meal! They need more waiting staff to cater for the guests when the resort is busy.
