the property is near to Bangla street, 10 min easy walk. its very clean, you get your towels and bedspreads changed daily. the staff is great, they let us check out later than we were supposed to. if you are looking for a cheap stay, 88 hotel is the best option ever! they dont have a breakfast, but you have coffee and tea every morning for free

although you reserve your stay by booking and let your credit card details, they wont charge until you arrive. so you should have your card with you. the thing I didnt know is that you pay 3% more price if you pay yor stay by credit card. so, either you pay it in cash, or pay a bit more. thats the thing you cant know, so I was a bit upset about it.

The location is quite convenient ..only 15 mins away from Patong Walking Street. We had some problem with the AC in the first room so they even changed the room. Every day room was cleaned, fresh towels were given. 10/10 service. The view from balcony was also great. There's a 7/11 and a pharmacy nearby. There is also a swimming pool at the top floor. Sometimes there was a little sound from a pub on the road, but that's pretty common in Phuket. Better to opt for an upper floor room. Overall a very nice stay.

The accommodation was very clean and surprisingly spacious. Great location if you want to be close to the center but without the night noise.

Clean room, comfy bed, helpful staff, great location for street food market and bit outside rushy center.

Just maybe small minus - there could be small sofa or at least 2 chairs with table inside of a room.

I was here in Jan 2022 and I left an item in my room on accident. it was not important but I missed it and was hoping it would still be there. I did NOT expect them to still have it. The day after I checked in and asked about it they gave it to me! I was in shock and soo happy!

Noise from street 24 hours, conditioner blows just to bed, so you catch a cold very fast, without it is hard to breath so it’s dilemma what to do with conditioner .

I have stayed here a couple of times now, the staff are fantastic, the you man at reception is a fantastic help, and the location is great. Not far from Banzan market and a little further walk to Bangla Rd.

The bed is hard as a rock!! They need to change their mattress to a softer mattress.

The lady at the desk is really cute and welcoming . The location is great ( fresh sea food market near by) 10 minutes walk to bangla road .
