Freshly renovated with spacious rooms, very clean with the cleaning done daily. Helpful staff, the check in process is very straightforward. The pool is rather small but that's expected. Good thing is that during the daytime it is mostly empty, so your stay feels quite private. The hotel provides you with beach towels as well. New water bottles in your room every day. Overall, a stylish and comfortable stay.

The hotel is quite far from the beach, so keep it in mind when booking. You either need to walk about 25min in the heat, or take a cab, which is approx. 6EUR a ride. Quite far from all the restaurants as well as they are mostly located on the beachfront. The hotel doesn't serve breakfasts, and there are not as many facilities around that do either. Having chairs and a small table on the balcony would've also made our stay more comfortable.

Location is near by to all needed places for us - bars, restaurants etc. It is very lively outside, therefore you need to be aware of possible noise. We had room which windows was directed to the street, therefore, next time would chose pool view rooms type. Pool was nice and nessecary in these weather conditions.

100€ per night is little too expensive for such kind of apartment. Also, it like in every place in Thailand - no Netflix or Youtube option on TV. It is 2024 people, it is not hard to make this option possible... Moving forward - word Boutique is too strong in these rooms designs. Rooms are completely basicly furnished by cheapest possible materials and a little bit outdated and old. Only a pool area could be called a "Boutique" -ish. Summing up - photos are better than reality

Everything looked just like the photos, the bathroom and shower were so big, it was perfect. There were no chairs for our balcony so we asked reception and they were more than happy to give us some. The fridge in the room was huge. Would definitely stay again. The pool was lovely too, looks just like the photos.

- The location offers you plenty of bars and restaurants around, and you have Grab in case you want to stay home. - At the same time, you have a small but very good cafe/restaurant which is part of the hotel just downstairs. They have breakfast, brunch and main meal options from 08 am to 05 pm. - The room is spacious and very clean, the same goes for the bathroom. Very modern design. Great mattress and pillows, and there's a TV just in front of the bed. There are two small balconies in case you pick the room with a pool view. - The hotel provides room cleaning every two days, you can get new towels every day, and the cleaning lady gives you a bottle of water, coffee and tea every day too, if requested. Very kind of them. - The WiFi is stable as I've worked for almost a week from the hotel. It's a very positive point too. - I haven't tried the pool because it was rainy, however, it seems very modern and inviting. Even if you don't try the water, it's a very nice area just to relax.

- Two little downsides which didn't negatively impact our experience. Minor point, but needs to be fixed - we stayed on the 5th floor and there was some little leaks. - Also, it's a bit far from Patong Beach, but very doable if you pick a Grab. Overall, such a pleasant experience in Phuket.

Fresh towels every day, accommodation is clean and comfy. They provide toiletries and hairdryer. You can ask for iron from reception. Staff is helpful. It's just a bit run down but as long as it's clean it's fine. You can walk to Big C/Jungceylon and a bit further to Patong beach. 7-11 is nearby as well. There's a good massage place near the hotel. For the price it's really good actually.

Some grabvan drivers refuse to come here because of the road probably because it'sa bit narrow? But that's fine cos others are willing to. For muslims there's not many halal options down the road, you can to go near the beach to get halal food but it's a bit more expensive there. Sometimes the pool is dirty so we have to wait for the staff to clean it

The staff were excellent. 24-hour reception. The. We had a problem with our air conditioning, and they solved it. The rooms were absolutely spotless. Breakfast was not included but we bought it in a linked cafe next door, which we thought was very good, and not expensive. The location was superb for finding places to eat, but it was a 15-minute walk from the seafront. The local market was nearby, and we found the location was very good as long as you realise it is Not was not beach centric. We love the pool, and the fact that you could buy a beer from the fridge on an almost honesty system. The lobby was comfortable, and there are plenty of places to work on your computer if you needed to.

We love this hotel, and we were very comfortable. But people who want to go to the beach every single day need to know that it's 15 to 20 minutes walk from the beach. In addition, it should be noted that there is no breakfast service whatsoever in the hotel. We knew this, we did not mind, but people might grumble.

Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel and rooms are just like in the pictures; clean, spacious and looks very new! This has been our best stay in Thailand yet. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very spacious, a lot of natural light coming in the room and the room itself felt and looked very clean. In addition, the AC worked like a charm! The staff was excellent and spoke english well. They were helping us and giving tips. The location was great, 15 min walking distance from patong beach and a lot of facilities nearby. There was some construction in the area, but even though our room literally was next to it, we did not get disturbed by it. Overall a very relaxing stay. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel!

This is a boutique hotel and it does live up to its name. Nice and quaint. Really everything you need in a hotel. Perhaps if i was being picky, security. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay for me. The receptionist was extremely helpful during the check in and brought me up to the room. This is really going the extra mile as most hotels do not do this. Room size was great and the balcony was small but sufficient, perfect during those rainy nights.... When i first got there, i was worried about eateries around but there are soooo many eateries around with excellent food and even better pricing. There is a small cafe not operated by the hotel and provides a variety of local and western cuisine, most of the smaller eateries serve this type of food. Out of the hotel, turn right 100m and there is a really nice small restaurant on the left that provides both local and western meals. No frills but i would advise trying their local food. A meal for 1 can cost anything from 150 baht and upwards. Back to the hotel, swimming pool is great. For a few days stay, try the italian restaurant to the left of the hotel. Portions are huge though this is not the cheapest option BUT food is good. 3 min walk from the hotel. To add, you can rent scooters for 200baht/day directly at the hotel - though i didn't rent and am not sure the going rate for motorbike/scooter rentals in the area (03 Nov 2022).

There is not a lot of activities and Junkceylon is about a 15 min walk away. So is the beach, so take note of this. Other than that, it is a nice place to get away from the maddening crowd.

The hotel is very well located, close enough to Bangla Road but not so much that you can hear the business of the area. It's easy to get to the beach too and Jungceylon mall is just a walk distance from there. The room was exceptionally comfortable, the beds were great, shower as well. The pool was awesome. The staff was super kind and friendly. If I go to Patong again, I will 100% stay there again!

The bathroom sink was not draining quite well, and the toilet flush broke one day. Not the end of the world and 2 easily fixable issues!

it was so cute and clean. they had their own cute cafe right next to it & a laundry shop on the other side of it. opposite were massage places and if u walk up to the main road (about 80m) theres so many bars/restaurants/massage places/7elevens/cafes etc. its also not that ling of a walk to jungceylon (the mall) and bangla road. if you walk a but further you’ll reach the beach & the beach bars/restraunts. right outside the property they had motorcycle taxis waiting for you incase you need a ride (all rides in Patong for 100 baht). property was in a good area and it also looked so nice. they also cleaned our rooms every day and gave us new toiletries/towels/sheets/pillows. also they always gave us free coffee/tea/water in our rooms after cleaning.

some of the staff can be a little bit not accommodating but most of them were very sweet. there was 1 light that stopped working after our 2nd night but we were okay with that. the room upon arrival smelt a bit off but it could be because it rained before. our tv also didn’t work for a day but that might’ve been for electrical reasons in that road
