The reaction of the staff was positive. They changed the room for little extra charge.

The booked room was not what I expected at this hotel. The room was without windows and without hot water in the tap, and some mosquitoes as a bonus.

The location was amazing. Right next to central pattaya, 5 minutes from the beach and 5- 10 minutes walk from all the bar areas. 2 mins from the night markets and 1min from Myth bar pool bars. However it was really quiet down a side street away from any outside noise and was really chill. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they always attended to anything I needed or requested and for the price it was great. The rooms were always cleaned even if you asked before 3pm. The hotel room is spacious with a big bed and had a smart TV. You can watch netflix or amazon

Lot of mosquitos outside because of the garden and the Airton and fridge was a bit loud if you are a light sleeper

Reception stuff extremely friendly and helpful. Never turn away, doesn't matter how busy they are. Always happy to help, always have a time for a smile and best wishes. Location simply perfect, 5 min walk from beech, 5 min walk to shoping mall, food market, 10 min walk from Terminal 21. One of the best locations. Rooms are large, plenty of space. Also bathroom, shower spacious, not so cramped as most hotels have.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very easy to hop on a baht bus right outside the hotel.

Food menu in the hotel was limited, but there are plenty of nice restaurants close to the hotel.

Nice big room. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Great to have a pool and plenty of loungers, fresh towels. Staff were really helpful throughout my stay

The bedrooms look a bit tired and should be given fresh decoration soon. It was a bit disappointing the bar and restaurant closed early (8pm) but there are over 100 alternatives within 10 minutes walk

I’ve stayed her many times over the years. glad they’ve refurbed some rooms. reception staff are exceptional, polite and kind. the pool bar staff are the same. good service. my maid was just brilliant. I had the cleanest room in Thailand. thank you

all ok except invoice from OYO after paying ALL at hotel. be aware i will not pay any excess and will take up with the management if required

Have stayed here before so it was like coming home. Rooms were great, Air/Con worked perfectly! Housekeeping did a great job! Waiting to see how the rebranding works out!

There was no water for about 3/4th of the day. That needs to be worked out! Also, maybe put someone who can speak good English at reception during the night :)

The pool is very nice and big enough for a real swim. The area around the pool is very spacious, deck chairs are always available. Very nice for relaxing. The spacious rooms. Housekeeping did a very nice job, after some time at the pool, the room was always made up.

The Wi-Fi signal inside the room is not stable, this should be improved.
