Nice hotel pool great breakfast. The hotel is not very old

Checkout was a problem as booking had me booked 2 days by them and then 2 days by another service. It created a problem on check out It was all booking .com fault It is impossible to email them as I did on.another problem recieved a reply then do not monitor e mail anymore.

I booked this room for a friend of mine and his family. As he told me, he appreciate the very excellent breakfast. He noticed, that the pool was nice. Also he like the two restaurant at the beach. He told me also, to thank the staff in every department of the hotel for the good work and her kindness. Mr. Luc and his family had been vers surprised to the friendly service.

The bed was to hard.

The Manager (Khun Nat/Mat) was very professional. We check in late (almost 5pm) then when we arrived, the bell boy led us to the wrong room. Called the reception about it. Walked to the right one but it wasn’t cleaned yet at 5pm! Honestly, the first few minutes after checking in wasn’t really good. However, upon checking out, they gave us some present to apologize for what happened. The manager was very helpful and his gesture on how to respond with what happened is really nice. The location is very nice, too! If you are looking for a place to stay and do café hopping too, this is highly recommended. I will come here again on my next holiday in Pattaya. Thank you!

We had a pool access room which was large and comfortable with a lovely view over the pool. The shower water pressure was strong and the houskeeping staff were proffessional and friendly. The pool was great. It was very clean had many lounge chairs / cushions and shaded areas to relax under. The hotel location is excellent being in a quiet area of Pattaya. It had many high and low end restuarants, convienience stores, massage shops. Cosy beach was a short walk away. We found the matress to be hard and we advised reception and they immediately contacted houskeeping who added a pillow top matress top which overcame our issue.

The breakfast was adequate however the omelet / scrambled eggs & fried eggs were only slightly warm which did not suit our taste. However they did provide a made to order service in the main section of the hotel.

Loved every bit of our Ocean view Suite! Our dream come true!!! Rented a bike nearby and went zooooom into our honeymoon!!! Lovely staff, great Oceanview bathtub! I'm coming back again with all our families!

the room in the main building was super gorgeous. it was on the 10th floor. whereas the other two of our group were separated to a totally different building. it was not as nice though. they offer excellent massage service for a price which we loved. many excellent restaurants are in front of the hotel which makes finding a spot for dinner so much easier. the beach was quite nice as well. the pool was too. super comfortable bed. nice bathroom. great netflix / youtube and apple tv they've got haha.

the breakfast needs a lot of improvement. the juices were not authentic. the breakfast buffet was a meh.

Our premier ocean view room was on 12th floor of the main building with great view, room has all the essentials that you need, plenty of space and good layout, comfortable bed. Elevator was surprisingly quick. Food service was fast and tasted decent. Kids enjoyed the pool. Hotel has direct access to the beach, steps are a bit steep tho must be careful. We asked for an hour late check-out and was granted with no problem.

Location wise there was nothing within walking distance, but not too far from the city and other attractions about 15-20 min drive, convinence store right outside the hotel which was nice. Breakfast was pretty standard but nothing to complain about. The beach was kind of dirty but that's been known all of Pattaya unless you go to one of the islands nearby for blue sky water and sandy beaches.

I love this place. The room was nice and quiet. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was various, and all of them were very delicious. I love the smash potatoes and gravy, boiled rice with pork, deep-fried dough stick (patongo), salad, papaya, steamed rice topped with chicken, scramble egg, fresh roasted coffee, cold fresh milk, stir fried vegetables, teriyaki chicken, etc. The swimming pool was great. I like the cradle beside the pool. The place was about on the beach. Highly recommend!

In the future, I wish the hotel would do a promotion price, such as 1,400 THB/night for a side sea view room, including breakfast. This time, I got 2,108 THB for a side sea view room and 1,667 THB for a city view room, and I have to pay 175 THB extra for my daughter breakfast. So if you can make the price lower, next time I can manage the budget for booking 2 side sea view rooms. 😄

The room itself is spacious. Breakfast is good too. I believe the pool is cleaned every other day which is good enough for me. There are restaurants near by which is a plus for me. But the hotel needs to replace all their furnitures!!! It's like a clean good place but the furnitures are so old it's looking faded like sofas and the wood furnitures are unraveling.

The lobby's Aircon needs to be fixed!!! It's so hot but there's no air-conditioning at the lobby! Plus there isn't much plugs for charging your devices! Seriously that hotel needs to reconsider on that. As for cleanliness...it's clean inside but outside are so many bird poops and squirrel poops. I know that can't be helped but you gotta consider cleaning them too.

Good sized room but a tight fit to walk around the side nearest the wall. Little room from the foot of the bed and the door to the balcony. Amenities were resupplied each day including towels. The hallways aren't impressive but the rooms are nice! Breastfast was hot and beautiful! Many different choices in food. The staff was attentive and the tables were kept clean!

When I booked the room the hotel didn't mention a second building. It is just across the street, only a few stories and has no view of the water or beach! Be careful when booking and specifically request a room on a higher floor with an actual sea view. Sea-view rooms also overlook the pool.
