The G Residence is a separate part of Diamond Suites. Inexpensive but well maintained. Serviced every day and quiet.... unless you are bothered by other ill-behaving guests, who have no manners and behave like the worst underdogs. I witnessed a fight between a Thai and Hungarian family who were fighting until 4 a.m. in the morning. The management was very sorry about that but that night's sleep was gone because acustic isolation doesn't exist ... You always hear your neighbors, especially if they behave recklessly... Otherwise everything was fine and I even extended my stay ...

Stayed here in March for 2 and a half weeks, the location was excellent, plenty of shops within touching distance for anything you needed. The room itself was much bigger than I expected, especially for the price! There is a 10 baht bus just up the street to get you into the city within 5 minutes, it's nice to stay just outside the noise of Pattaya, but still be very close, it's only a 20/30 minutes walk if you prefer, although the heat will get you sweaty in seconds! But.. the real winner here was the staff, from the security guys to the ladies on reception and the cleaners.. Everyone was absolutely amazing! Extremely friendly and helpful people, with excellent English also! HIGHLY recommended.

It didn't really affect me, but it can be a little troublesome for taxi's and even first time arrivers to find. I would recommend a nice big entrance sign that is clearly visible beside diamond suites.

my staying here was exceptionally great! I moved from the Central Base and was surprised to see such a very clean and convenient condo not compared with the previous one. The receptionist was the most hospitable and helpful I have ever met as I couldn’t get the cash from the account while checking-in in the evening, I thought that I could pay by card but the condo policy was different, I can pay only in cash, she kindly allowed me to pay the next day. The staff (cleaners, security) also were nice, smiling every time. The place is quiet and green , the view from the balcony was beautiful, I enjoyed the rest of my holiday here.

The administrator and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They wait for me for extra time since I was late from the airport. Luckily the room was clean and nice. there is a great swimming pool in the territory. Security was very helpful with my baggage.

Wifi connection was terrible. every 5 minutes I needed to log in again and again, which is very annoying. even though the room was nice, it is not the same as in the Pictures at booking. Unfortunately, noise cancellation at the building is terrible. you can hear everything that's going on in the corridors.

Lovely apartment in the condo with the large pool. We spent nice time swimming and sunbathing in the relaxed pool area. The apartment itself is a bit old fashioned but spotlessly clean and everything works fine. The bed is comfy for a European sleeper. There is a coach and a small kitchenete with basic equipment. I especially notice the area as it is calm and peaceful in contrast to the rest crowded Pattaya. Can recommend this place and will come again once I’m in Pattaya.

It would be nice to replace the stove with something more modern.

Room was in an older condo project. Room was big and clean with a small balcony. Nice pool for you to use. Staff was friendly.

Bedroom didn't have a proper door but a slatted divider. Only one aircon in the living room so the reason for the slatted bedroom walls. If you drive parking maybe limited.

Nice and quiet area.. the apartment was very spacious. The air-conditioning worked well. The outside 2 pools, are not deep but enough for swimming. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The fridge was not working properly. The location is away from the restaurants but a quick ride away.

the staff were very friendly, bed very comfortable and the pool area is really nice too and I was a bit sceptical about the location but it’s really no far from everything at all so 10 out of 10 I’ll be back

Nice pools that wasn't crowded. Nice and large room with large bathrooms with showers in each. Close to a couple of restaurants, street food and.a Family mart so it is convenient.

Our room was listed as having two separate bedrooms, but.the second bedroom had just blinds that separated it from the living room which felt like it wasn't as private as you'd might like.

The room was large and clean..the reception girls are very very nice especially cat ...super safety location with 24 hours security...good place for relaxing away from the noises of Pattaya streets.

I wish if they put bigger TVs in the room
