Good value , with a variety of food to choose from , always pleasant staff quick to Take away used dishes etc

Sadly I could not receive WFI in my room , despite the engineer trying to eradicate the problem; this Meant that whenever I wished to use the WFI I had to leave my room and sit in the hotel’s reception Area where there was no problem using WFI Similarly despite having a TV in the room which should have received many channels , my TV Could only access clearly and decipherable Thai stations. The engineer did try to fix the problem But to no avail I would also suggest that the hotel consider installing a handrail on the stairs leading Up to the restaurant where breakfast is served , as I am sure those guests , of a certain age, Would appreciate this and make it safer for them

The hotel is in a great location to get away from the outside busyness. The room was great. Small balcony but comfortable. Housekeeping was very good. Pool is amazing! Super close to the beach and 7/11s everywhere. View was great, bed was great. Also super near night Market. Less than 5 minute walk. A lot of food, some clothes and Cannabis.

Breakfast was poor on the days of no buffet. The options from the breakfast menu are below standard. The pool area needs to be cleaned better. A lot of bird poop and we saw screws on the ground right near the pool. When we arrived there was no one to help us with luggage and the staff were helpful when pressed.

Modern hotel, great location with a beautiful beach at your doorstep. The pool is also very nice. The highlight was definitely the bed. It was so soft and extremely comfortable, unlike any hotel we stayed in in Southeast asia.

The only issue we had was the strong smell of sewerage in the room every time we had come back, but that is understandable due to its close location to the ocean. Everything else was great.

Everything was good, besides that cleaning in the room wasn't so good, I don't want to be a bad person and complain, but for 5 days stay, the room was broomed and mopped only once. Maybe they thought it wasn't so dirty to require such detailed cleaning. Besides that, everything was good.

The hotel has great, friendly, helpful staff. The room was very clean and spacious with a massive bed. The location is a very short walk to the beach.

The pool didn’t get a lot of sunshine through the day. The location is a bit farther down the road than we would have liked but we do like to walk so it wasn’t an issue.

Very good location, nice room, bed and pillows are very good. Many place for photo shoot in hotel. Everything here is good for family, day and night life. Breakfast is perfect.

I have problem with room door low battery so have to go lobby twice but they send technician to change it. Sometime water in bathroom run very slow maybe coz I use same time with other people next door.

The location is great - 200meters from beach. The staff are friendly and do their job well. The pool watchman turning the jets in pool and lights off at 9.40pm. Even though pool closing time is 10pm.

Hot Water in shower going hot to cold, hot to cold. Good water pressure though. The fridge is NOT cold enough to keep the drinks cold even at maximum cold temperature.

Neat ambience.

The property was good. But road works are in progress. The beauty of Jomptien lies in its access to multiple vantage points such as Thai food and the charm.

We had a semi beach view and the balcony made it more explicit with the sunsets and all
