Very good central location, but quiet enough to be able to relax + sleep. Really good choice at breakfast including Western and Asian dishes and eggs to order. Concierge was very helpful in fact all stafff were helpful and polite.

The only thing that I didn;t like was the excessive cost for a late checkout. In fact so much so I checked out and walked down the street with all my luggage to a decent hotel where I had a room for 699 Baht.

Very convenient for food, drink, and night life. And walking distance to the beach. Busy area but close to every thing.

Didn’t like it when two small girls of my of Thai family came to visit me and hotel wanted 350 BHT from each to swim in the pool.

Everything great! You have rooms towards a quiet street and rooms towards the bar area. Request one towards the hotel entrance for better sleep ;)

Staff was friendly and I especially loved that they let me check in early cause I had travelled 20 hours straight and arrived 0700am and they let me check in at 0900am even tho actual check in -time was 2pm

Cleaning was a bit lousy. Toothpaste in sink and hairs in floor.

It's disappointing that the hotel doesn't offer food during the day, leaving guests to venture outside for meals. This inconvenience, coupled with the aging building, can detract from the overall experience. It seems like a common issue in many hotels, but it's definitely something worth addressing for future improvement.

I stayed here for 4 days but its good as described. The main thing I looked for was the bath tub and it was good. Its near to Walk street as well hardly 10 mins walk to the street and can feel the beach as well. Staff and receptionist was very friendly and they help you out with anything. Please give them tips 20/B (not more) few times to the cleaning lady as well whenever necessary to make more friendly :)

Only problem I seen was suddenly bad smell of drain comes in the washroom and lasted for 1 day. Even I complained to the staff but they were not able to understand what I was telling because they cant understand Indian English as well

The room was nice. Normal kind of size. Bath was very big and took a long time to fill, so didn't use it. Instant hot water with good pressure. central area to central Pattaya city. Good amount of venues near to us there. £51 per night is compared to English hotels very good. Bed was big and very comfy. As this was mine and my wife's first holiday since getting married they put a nice touch for my wife when we arrived of flower presentation on bed.

Not to small but no balcony of sorts to relax on. Air con unit on balcony was very noisy. The hotel room (5th floor) could here local bars on a night time playing music. Hotel staff were lovely but a little pushy on payments as there was a bit of a mix up but got it sorted eventually having to try and contact Booking.com.

Location is only a few minutes from the beach, easy access to bars and shopping as well as restaurants , located down a nice quite Soi , away from the noisy traffic. Rooms are a great size , ( and the beds ) I did not make breakfast during my stay , so can not comment . The pool on the roof is very good with one end being jaccuzied - the wifi on the roof is very good as well. Staff are super friendly and helpful .

my only issue is the pillows are to thick for my liking , i like slim skinny ones, but it was not a problem for house keeping who quickly found some shallow ones for me

Location- Located nearer to Beach , So many restaurants, shopping malls like Central Pattaya & Ripley’s Believe it or not , 15-20 mins walkable distance to Walking Street . Check-in - Check-in was smooth & fast. Room - Room was spacious with soft bed . Bathroom was clean ,big with tub & jacuzzi. Well furnished. Separate dressing room. Breakfast- Breakfast was ok with reasonable number of items. Swimming pool - Nice with clean water . Staff - All staff were nice . Always smiling. Check out- check-out was smooth. This is the second time am staying in this hotel. First time stayed in 2012. Hotel is still same as before . Their service , visitor policy & visitor check- point etc . Highly recommended for all types of travellers. Will stay again .

Staff in restaurant need basic knowledge in English. They couldn’t understand basic English. No hot milk in the breakfast menu when there is corn flakes . No body - lotion in the room. Lot of small cockroaches in the room. Less water pressure in shower .
