The hotel was a bit older but, really nice and clean. However the room was remodeled. Location was ok. Pool was really nice but water was cold as hell ( maybe they did changed the water a day after our arrival because at first day it was ok). The beach was just few meters from hotel, althou we did not like it that much same as the whole Pattaya but that’s not problém of the hotel :). Breakfast was great and lot to choose from. In the hotel there is Bowling and snooker but you have to pay for both of them to use and both are opened just till 7 PM same as the pool, which to us had no Logic, because at that time you want to spend the time outside and not inside the hotel.

The size of this hotel is deceiving from the outside, it’s like a tardis. We stayed on the 7th floor, our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of selection at breakfast, I choose mainly to eat the Thai breakfast and fruit, but cereals, bread and various egg dishes where available. We liked the clean towel at the poolside and a special shout out to the guy in the lobby and the cleaning attendant who where always smiling and happy to help, you both made our trip more enjoyable. The location is fabulous it’s across from the beach, the shops, restaurant and street food are on the doorstep. The night market is a must see, great food and plenty of tourist merchandise. Much cheaper than anywhere else in Thailand. We would definitely come back and stay here as the value for money was immense.

unfortunately the main pool was under renovation, which was the main reason for booking this hotel, luckily they had another pool on the 3rd floor to relax in.

The location is great. Very close to the beach. Easy access to batbus and other transport. Breakfast was good with many asian and european options. Rooms are big with nice view to the sea. Sweming pool is very beautiful under very light shadow and enogh sunbeds beside. Housekeeping very good and kind ready for services.

Rooms need complete renovation. Specially bathroom is very old and some places moulded and dirty. Air condition in the room and ventilator in the bathroom are very nooisy and disturb sleeping. Maybe it 's been so only in our room. Furnitures in the lobby are very old and dirty and need to replace imediately ! Staff are kind as all people in Thailand but unfortunately not able to understand any word in English !

Wow this hotel was huge, 2 pools, 2-3 restaurants or more I'm not sure, pool tables, snooker, they even have bowling! Massive breakfast, if you're into that. And room service. Clean nice rooms, cleaning staff did a good job cleaning and refilling. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the beach, and lots of restaurants, coffeeshops and 7-11 nearby.

The main pool was closed for maintenance until Oct 15, one of the reasons I booked this hotel. So had to use the second pool and it was like..ok its a pool.. used it 1 time. Our room had some kind of a double door with locks on both sides, to the next room and it was not soundproof.. we could hear them, all night. Loud.

Nice spacious rooms with sea view. Property bit old but well maintained. Sea view from pool excellent. If u like to taste Thais street food then number of options available.

If you are a strict vegetarian by Indian sense ( then its better do not take hotel breakfast) take a shared taxi just outside the hotel to pattaya beach side at 10bhatt there u will find number of options for Indian food. As u will be end up eating bread/butter/jam and tea also not Indian taste. I travelled with my family including a 7 year old and 70plus parents strict vegetarians

It has everything you need, connections to a lot of places to Pattaya and a beach in front of the hotel. You also had access to play Billard or Bowling inside the same hotel. The room was always impecable and made me glad when I got back and saw everything in pristine condition and free water it's such a little big detail for me. The pool was great and if you just wanted to go to the beach, just have to walk a couple of meters and lay in a chair or on the sand and enjoy your day.

The main 2 things that always made me a bit worried, was the bathroom and the daily breakfast. First the bathroom was always left impecable after it was cleaned everyday but after every use you could see some spots where the materials are oxidized or have been wore off a lot and everytime I had a shower the water just went to the whole bathroom because of leakage in the shower and the 2nd problem was the breakfast, for me it was not worth it, you could have it everyday but after day 2 I got sick of it. The eggs were never in good conditions they tasted nasty the 2 times I wanted to have them, all the bread varieties looked like they found the cheapest ones at a 7-11 the same with the juices. When I just had fruits and salads it was fine but I really did not wanted to try the eggs again.

Location, size of room, superb friendly staff.

Like a Grand Dam from another era, this unique palace of a property has great bones, but the outer layers have faded, and renovations or upgrades are needed. A melancholy feeling erupts from empty ballrooms and unlit, abandoned foyers, balconies, parlors, the billiard room and ‘cigar’ style unopened 2nd floor barroom.

The Hotel location is great. It's easy to find your way back to after a night out and it's directly opposite the beach. The breakfast buffet was great. It was large and well serviced. The pool area was nice with plenty of lounges and shade. It's a big hotel but they have enough staff to keep it running like clockwork. The staff were very helpful. I especially liked having the option to use the adjoining door to the next room where my family was staying. I hope to stay here again, it's good value for money.

There were no instructions for the little in room safe. House keeping came to show me but I still couldn't work it out.

Good location. Rooms are a bit worn out and hotel has a lot of capacity, which means a lot of group travellers coming and going all the time. Breakfast is good with a lot of variety, both Asia/European food. Breakfast is served in venue, that has plenty of space - we always found a table. Ok price, even in high season.

Elevators were slow and you had to wait for them. It gets noisy during breakfast, if you go during rush hours. People book chairs from the pool for the whole day and don’t show up - which is irritating, but not hotels fault.

The best location you can get in Pattaya. Close to the beach, near public transport, restaurants, 7eleven and money exchanges. The hotel was HUGE! and beautiful. Very good amenities and breakfast selection was like a 5* hotel. View from the hotel room was exceptional!

The pool wasn’t very clean and maintained. The hotel is old not new, rooms are refurbished but the corridors and some areas still need an upgrade. Washrooms weren’t build as modern as the rooms. They had given 2 complimentary glass water bottles and 2 plastic ones in the fridge (which wasn’t paid). No sense at all to confuse guests like this and keep one paid and one unpaid bottle. Paid bottle costed 10THB in 7eleven but the hotel charged us 40THB for it (big scam).
