Cold showers I can handle but for the room price I’d expect some hot water. Totally dislike the ‘communal’ air con system. Don’t want to be breathing air from old air conditioning duct work systems. Each room should have its own ventilation system. One rickety old lift working doesn’t give much confidence in trusting the elevator shaft will function without mishap! SunCity has seen “sunnier times”.

Pool was filthy, room not cleaned to very good standard. Same bedding for 2 weeks. Toilet blocked up. Dirty air-conditioning made me unwell. Would not stay there again.

Perhaps my worst stay ever. The facilities like pool , gym things etc, were almost looked abandoned, but i dont really care about this so i don't comment more on that. The biggest problem is that when i entered, first Day, they mistaken and gave the keys to others quests and they entered the apartment while i was was personal moments . That wasn't enough, they clients were also disappointed, they went to reception to tell this, perhaps they didn't believe them, and then the receptionist came himself inside my room to check! Next morning, when i had "locked" the cleaning lady came in all of a sudden, while i was sleeping i said No cleaning! She didn't care at all! We booked for 6 days slept just the 2. They didn't refund anything. Dont care at all after all, i felt like I escaped a trap. And, we never had hot water for shower these 2 days we were there. Bad touristic experience

As the large lobby shows, this was once a high-quality hotel. But the rooms are completely run down: Shower cold, most electrical outlets don't work, drawers don't close. Bedside tables half collapsed, air conditioning cold (regardless of selected strength or temperature, even when switched off). WIFI slow and collaped from time to time.

This hotel was truly disgusting and in terrible condition. The property is extremely old, poorly maintained, and far below acceptable standards. I couldn’t stay for even an hour because it was so unpleasant. I had to move to another place immediately. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. It is not recommended at all.
