The villa is large and comfortable for a big family. The yard has plenty of greenery and shade to escape the strong sun. There is a great pool that is cleaned regularly. The staff is friendly, and the house is cleaned every 2-3 days. A washing machine is available, and there are air conditioners everywhere. Lots of cabinets and storage spaces in the bedrooms and around the house. There is a night market, currency exchange offices, massage salons, various cafés, and a 7-Eleven nearby.

The villa, due to its age, does not meet a 5-star standard anymore. The house needs renovation—on the first floor, there are water stains on the ceiling above the sofas, the wooden kitchen furniture is dirty, the cabinets are broken, and the exterior paint has completely peeled off. There is no dishwasher. On the second floor, in the master bedroom, the floor near the toilet is constantly wet because water from the shower and bath flows there. Additionally, ants occasionally crawl out of the sink. The wardrobes have broken drawers and doors. The villa is located near a rather noisy road, especially in the evenings. The sea is quite far, about a 20-25 minute walk.

Loved the size of the property, lots of space and the fact it had a washing machine was a big help, allowing me to wash and dry many of my holiday clothes. It was in a great location, close enough to the action but then in a nice serene location with zero noise.

Some of the decor was a bit dated and some hand towels would have been great.

The location is perfect, easy to reach and drive to. The beach is nearby and we a short motorbike or car drive you are in the main street of Pattaya The pool is great and there is enormous space available

Suggestion for the owner, a couple of inflatable toys for the pool would be great Also for the pool an outdoor speaker installed high on the wall that can be used as media centre That would make the setup perfect for entertainment

I like it simplicity to check in and check it out very easy

The only thing I have to complain about is there are a little bit of maintenance needed in the bathroom the main bathroom because the cut doesn’t work properly and the kitchen you need to have more glass they are cups. They are small glass but they are no big glass like a champagne glass or something like that because this is a luxury home.

Location is great, house is very spacious and has everything you need. After i checked out i got a message that i forgot some clothes. They sent it to me by post what is very nice.

House could use some maintenance but did not bother our stay

Large and convenient villa with a nice private pool , 3 large and convenient bedrooms ,large and very clean bathrooms, nice ,clean and well equipped kitchen good location.

Hard and uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom , danger stairs to the upper floor ,the tv is old and almost useless.

Nice House. Clean, friendly staff etc… 👍🏻

Some nights to much Road noise all night Long. New windows in the end and it would be perfekt 💪🏻

loved the villa. sitting within its own boundary wall providing privacy. well equipped, good sized rooms, master was huge. swimming pool , bbq & private driveway for car or motorcycles. 7/11, Tesco Lotus and laundry within walking distance. parallel street with abundance of restaurants and coffee bars. 500 meters from the beach where jet skis etc are available for hire. will definitely book again 😃
