Good location cause near the Shopping mall ( Central Phisanulok) Room is very clean !!! Bathroom and shower is great ! Bed is comfort and let us slept overnight very well. No noisy sound even the room nearby or surrouding environment. Breakfast sufficient for restart your day. Staff is nice and active !

Almost nothing, just only notice that Their is no elevator here, may be the problem for old age patient.

The location was close to a main road, but not so close that it was noisy. In fact, I heard hardly any road noise at all. It was also within walking distance of the mall. I appreciate the access to a variety of food options without having to drive there. Facilities were clean and well-maintained. Beds were soft and comfortable. The shower was new and worked well. The breakfast was hot and fresh, with a decent variety for a Thai hotel. Staff were helpful and pleasant and even spoke pretty good English, which I wouldn't necessarily expect as Phitsanulok is not really a tourist destination for foreigners. Overall, I liked it better than most other places I've stayed in this city.

My main complaint about the facilities was that when we checked in, just after 6:30pm, it was dark outside but the lights in the stairwell and hallway to the room had not yet been turned on. That was inconvenient and could be a safety hazard. Also, the bathroom was small, which isn't necessarily a problem except that there was no way to sit on the toilet without my arm touching the toilet paper cover on the wall - and the toilet paper cover had a sharp metal edge! My sister actually cut her arm on it.

Everythings was perfect! Room and facilities made us feel comfortable :)

Staff are not friendly. They made us feel like we’re not welcome here. They look so tired on the day we checed in. No smiling or any word or gesture that made us feel welcome here. Seem like they have fully booked on that day but that is not an excuse for being irritate to us like this. The hotel is very impressive but front staff is very disappointed.

For our needs, the location was perfect. The ladies at the reception desk were professional and polite. They ensured our family was given adjoining rooms with access one room to the other. The rooms were clean, large, and well furnished. The bathrooms were first class. Breakfast was included in the room price, and also was more than satisfactory. I have lived and travelled throughout Thailand for 13 years, and this is the best "Value for Money" Hotel I have stayed at in that time.

Great pillows. Comfortable bed. Strong hot shower. Nice towels. Balcony with a swing chair. Cappuccino machine was a good coffee. I usually just have cereal and coffee so it suited me. Funky decor. Close to Central.

The breakfast was not fantastic but if you just want a coffee, the machine is quite acceptable.
