I really enjoyed my stay - wish it was longer. My villa was lovely; very clean, comfortable, spacious with a poolside view. The room was replenished with complimentary bottled water daily, in addition to coffee and other beverages. I also appreciated having a hair dryer in the room. The location is directly across from the beach and right in the center of all the restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Bangtao Beach!

the breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly, we had a great time interacting with them. it is also quite close to the beach, and the area has a nice vibe without the business of Pattong. 7/11 store and bike rental stores right next to the hotel!

the toilet bidet is either full pressure or zero pressure, which can be bit hard to handle ^^. The window glasses in the room were super hard to move. We also missed having a nicer view from the family room, as it is located in the larger building facing road side.

Amenities: The staff were so polite and friendly - shout out to Anil for his excellent hospitality! Buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and reasonably priced. Rooms were very well cleaned every day, and the water bottles they supplied were much appreciated. Room was very large and had a refrigerator which was great for stashing drinks and fresh fruit. The swimming pool was refreshing and our family enjoyed using it just about every day during our two-week stay. The landscaping was very well maintained and had the tropical feel we were looking for. Location: The pace was much more relaxed in this part of Phuket. Very family friendly with a 6km long beach just across a small street (50 yards from hotel entrance). Additional conveniences were motorcycle rental, ATM, currency exchange, 7-11 convenience store, tour agent, massage parlors, and taxi stand right near the hotel entrance. Within a short walk, you have access to a dozen restaurants, a couple laundry services, a couple pharmacies, a fantastic little fruit store, and a couple dozen small shops.

The pool villa room was very large with a comfortable bed, lots of storage, and a good shower. The pool is small but inviting with a waterfall feature and nice gardens surrounding it. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods. Location to beach, restaurants, and stores was excellent. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional.

it’s not super new. aircon a bit noisy. we got the A/c broken in one of the rooms but we got another one right away. the personnel was super attentive

This doesn't have to do anything with the hotel, but the beach close by was really dirty ,full of plastic,it's a shame the public service don't seem to care.The hotel was fantastic. The pool hotel was nice to relax for a bit.

Our Pool-side Villa was perfect for the two of us. Each villa had it own little deck and chairs and only a few meters walk to the pool which was well lit up during the evenings. The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and sheets were new. The resort was within walking distance of the beach and the Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA Gym. There were always plenty of restaurants, shops and taxi or tuktuk available within walking distance. The restaurant "Crave" next to the resort reception offered 10% off to Andaman guests. And the 7-Eleven open next door was also very convenient. The staff were friendly and very helpful with flexible check-in and check-out times.

There was some construction happening next door which was a little bit noisy. The water pressure also stopped working on the first day we arrived. The staff were very helpful and provided us with alternative showers and the issue was fixed quite quickly.

Everything good. Simple breakfasts great value. Rooms very large by some standards, Bed massive and very comfortable. Very short 100 Meter walk to beach. Excellent restaurants and a 7/11 right next to hotel. Great taxi service desk next to 7/11. Internet very strong and fast connection. Nice pool and gardens.

The only issue was that you cannot get a spare room key. Instead, you have to ask in reception for someone to open the door for you. They were super helpful with this but still a mild inconvenience and I felt guilty asking for that

This is a lovely little hotel set just a few minute walk from the beach. When we arrived we were greeted with a glass of orange juice and helpful staff. We staying in a family room on the second floor, the room was spacious and clean. Our room did overlook the main road but it wasn’t noisy in the room. We were travelling as a family of 4, our 4 month old was provided with a cot in the bedroom. The pool is small but nice and has plenty of sun beds and brollies to sit under. Breakfast was a relaxing way to start the day with plenty of choice and variety. There is a 711 right next to the hotel and it has lots of nice bars and restaurants around it! The hotel staff were very helpful with booking our transport to our next destination and showing us where we could get our laundry done. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommended!
