The bed was super comfy for me, I slept like a baby! Bananas made me happy as well)) good location with many nice places around

It was some dust in the room; could hear everyone passing by my room; pictures are of new rooms, but in reality it's not that white anymore; very small bathroom, for coffee and tea need to go on reception, got skin allergy from shower gel, I guess it's too much artificial fragrance

In the common area they have free coffee, thee and water. There is also a microwave. We liked that we had 3 beds which were really comfortable. The bathroom was clean and hot shower. The other room we stayed in had combined rooms both with a queen bed and their own bathroom. All rooms also come with a fridge, which is always a plus for us. We had to switch rooms, because they were mostly booked and we tried to book last minute because of a last minute cancellation of the place where we were supposed to go.

The triple room didn’t really have a place where we could put our suitcases to open. I don’t like to open them on the bed, because of the wheels that are dirty

When we were there, we were the only Western guests, all other we saw were Asian. It was located far from the usual tourist traps. Across the street was a truly genuine restaurant. We thought that it was amazing!

If you are looking for the usual tourist traps, it would be quite a walk to reach them.

The receptionist in the morning is so warm and welcoming. She is the face of the property. The in-house kitchen serves good food. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and does clean work

The price is steep considering there are not much amenities. Price of breakfast should be included.

Big room size. Big comfy bed. Blue monkey pillows. Good internet. Friendly staff. Quiet area. Good parking in the basement. Close to the monkeys on the mountain (a few minutes ride by scooter).

Bathroom was too small. The smell of the banana shower gel and shampoo didn't really meet our taste. We booked king bed room but were initially given a smaller queen bed room. However, we could move to a king bed room after pointing out this circumstance to the staff.

Good Location, variety of restaurant in walking distance.

Easily to hear a noise from corridor and my room close to fire exit which is noisy from staff to enter the floor, no blackout curtain, all the light briten up a room which is wake you up since rarly morning.

Very clean, comfortable bed with many pillows,free coffee, tea and some snacks in the common area. I stayed only one day and for me it was more than enough.

A little bit of noise from the door if people speak in the common area. But nothing to worry about

The facilities are all excellent and clean, the bed is very comfortable and the staffs are helpful. There are some cafés around. 7/11 store is around 3 min walk. The hotel has a pantry/co-working space with free flow instant coffee, etc.

Location is a bit far from the Old Town, around 20-30 min walk (~2km) but still manageable.

Good location. There are many restaurants around the hotel and Khao Rang is not far from the hotel. The room is quite clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. I love decoration in the room, it's minimal and cosy.

There is some hairs on the pillows and in the toilet.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the staff are enthusiastic and very helpful, I will definitely return if I come back to Phuket.
