The location is perfect, it's in a quiet dead end alley, yet only a two minutes walk away from Bangla road. It's also five minutes walk away from bus stops from and to the airport (the Smart Bus running up and down the length of the island for a flat 100 tbh - also a great way to explore very nice beaches along the western coast by hopping on and off this bus route). The main street off the alley is a major thoroughfare with restaurants and shops galore. The hotel room furniture is a bit tired, but it's functional and the rooms as well as the hotel in general are kept spotless clean. You can tell this is a well run establishment. My room had a view over the alleyway of the front entrance, and from my balcony I could see the lighted billboards on Bangla road a couple of blocks away, minus the noise. The breakfast buffet is nothing to write home about, but still a solid deal. Get your coffee fix, eggs, veggies, fruits and some sweet carbs too if you care to indulge. The place in general has a good vibe, makes you feel welcome: an invitation to let your guards down and immerse in that tropical island easy going attitude. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Phuket.

Amazing location, less than 5 minutes walk from Bangla road (the place you can't miss you like to party) and approximately 10 minutes walk from the beach. Many restaurants and bars just around the corner. The hotel itself has also bar/restaurant for good prices. I ordered room service (food) couple of times and it was very tasty and fresh. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room comes with a balcony where personally I could have my coffee in the morning and you can also smoke. Tho hotel is basically within s noisy area the soundproofing is very good and it won't bother your sleep.

The concept of open bathroom is something I still can't understand. There is no separation between the shower and the toilet resulting in wet floor after one shower.

- Great location, where all is happening - staff kind and helpful - overall very clean, my friend was in the standard room, and it look a bit old. I was in the superior room and I think they are been renovated. - did check out at 12 p.m., but my taxi was at 5pm to the airport. So I went to the beach after check out, When I went back to the hotel, they help me do the shower in the hotel spa. :)

I'm not sure if the housekeeping changed the bed sheet. I found for 2 consecutive days, a blood stain on my pillowcase. Which wasn't mine. The bed pillows are 4 BTW, so I didn't complain about it. Just wanted to highlight that.

amazing location right by Bangla Road and only a 5 minute walk down Bangla road to the beach, this is a great option for anyone wanting to head out into Bangla in the evenings. The staff were very friendly and the check in process was nice and easy, my room was spacious and extremely clean. the maids are also extremely friendly and come along and clean your room every day including fresh bedding and new towels, they come at around 2pm or so which gives anyone partying too hard a chance to get up and out and not miss the cleaning.

my only slight issue was the shower, the shower is very temperamental and very hard to get to a good temperature, sometimes the water is just far too hot, it’s literally scalding and the you change the temperature the tiniest bit and you suddenly have cold water, it’s so odd!

The Location s simply Fantastic , and the rooms were basic but very clean and big . Lots of Indian Restaurants in the neighborhood , Bangla street was just a 100 meters away with many convenient stores around . We missed swimming pool , but only drawbacks are staff and they make you sign a clause for damage charges ( which are way above the actual cost of the product ) , anyways no problem if you are already aware and are not affected by these. 100% Recommended.

The overall staff experience was not all that good , although it did not matter us as we are frequent travelers to Thailand and this is a Generic problem with low cost accommodations ,

Hotel has EVERYTHING! Restaurant with room service, professional traditional massage facilities or to your room! Also has a THC Desk right next to the restaurant entrance ( and a fully stocked ice cream bar 5-6, icebox right in front)! Front desk very professional and thorough. Super clean and SOFT comfortable bed. Also had a laundry basket in closet AND super sturdy large umbrella! Had complementry coffee and my personal favorite coffeemate. Had a spectacular view of Bangla rd waking street entrance. Out on balcony you could feel the vibe from them busy street below. Come back inside, close the slider door and total silence. Not bothered by street activity at all. Total hidden gem, pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended! I travel a bit, and have seen my fair share of good and bad. C&N, for the quality of everything and the extra attention to those small details, have put them at the top of my good list!

Everything worked in the room. Every plug, light, light bulb, light switch, worked. As it should. Staff super friendly

This hotel is located perfectly, just 2 minutes away from Bangla street, central street that never sleeps but despite that we did not hear a sound from it and we could sleep normally. Beach is 4-5 minutes away, room was completely equipped, housekeepers were nice and did great job with room make ups. Staff at reception is so kind and helpful. The breakfast was okay, basic but good, not that much choice.

There is no mosquito net on windows, that would be helpful during the night to leave the door open for the air.

Having stayed in Patong hundreds of times - i decided to try C&N for my first time and was not disappointed. From the very swift check-in, highly efficient front desk, less than 5mins after arrival in my room. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, bottled water provided and good safety deposit box / bathroom with great power shower and very comfy bed. I had a deal with breakfast however over my two days stay never quite managed. Despite the number of keys the reception no matter what time of day / night seemed to have it ready when i appeared, mind you it could have been the only one left at the time i arrived. Check out was a breeze - 5 mins - and they safely looked after my bag and arranged a taxi for late afternoon which gave me a no worry free time after check out and everything went exceptionally smooth. Great value, good ambience at the eating area, highly recommend and will stay there on my next trip.

-Location, Location, Location I think this is the best in phuket 10 mins to beach, tons of bars and resturants -Friendly Staff -The price is very valuable by comparing service with price you will find it excellent -Rooms is good

-Breackfast is very limited but also if you compare with price it's not bad -we were three persons they use to get two bottle of water and two shower gel but they always get one so you have to ask to get extra and actualy they get

location is very good, the room is big and clean, break fast is not that reach but it is good enough and fair, usually rice soup and eggs as you like with water melon and pineapple and little cake, Ugarte, pancake, in general if you are not in morning activity person you will stay sleep and did not wakeup for breakfast.

every thing is good enough for me, i stay in this hotel more that 10 times every time I visit Phuket, I tried other hotels more expansive, but this is the best hotel if you looking for location, clean , friendly staff, and money value.
