Pool was handy and clean. Never very busy so always got a bed if I wanted one. Free water, wifi and an 8 minute walk to the beach …what’s not to like!

Loved this place. It's located behind some houses and a row of shop so it's quiet and peaceful. Room was spacious with a balcony, and most importantly clean. Bed was alright. Think their pool was saltwater too. Most importantly, less than 15mins from the beautiful Kamala Beach.

Soundproofing wasn't that great. You could hear your neighbours (we had a neighbour who had a small kid throwing tantrum) but it didn't really bother us much. If you're an extremely light sleeper, might want to take some precaution.

Clean and constable bed, pillows and blanket. With elevator. About 450 meters walk to very nice beach. The 450m walk always pleasant with shops along , easy pavement to beach area. Good Shower water pressure and very clean bathroom. 711 convenient store is around the corner.

The ‘resort’ word in the hotel name is not the description of the hotel atmosphere, it’s just the hotel name, nothing resort fell in this property. But overall a clean and comfortable place to spend two nights. My wife commented their bathroom towel is not thick enough and too wear off.

It was located close to the Main Street but still far away so you didn’t hear the noise. The room was big and spacious and it was really nice with a balcony. The woman that worked in the front desk was really nice and very helpful. Really funny as well.

The doors the rooms was a bit difficult to close and lock. And because of this, other residents slammed the doors. That was a bit annoying. They should fix that and lay some cover under the door, both on the inside and out to prevent that small guests crawl in.

We arrived early and were greeted by a friendly receptionist who allowed us to use the pool while we waited for the room. The pool area is lovely and the pool was immaculately clean. There were plenty of loungers available. The room was a good size and clean. We had no problems with the air on or anything during our stay.

The walls are paper thin, I don’t think this would be a problem most of the time but we had a rather active couple staying in the next room to ours and the noises of their love-making kept us up all night.

Everything was good. Comfortable big bed, nice shower. Clean room. Good, quiet location. Nice swimmingpool

No sound proofing. Its concrete building, concrete walls. Can hear everything going on throughout the building.. footsteps, doors banging, furniture moving, people talking. Not a major issue.. but annoying when there is loud screech of a chair moving in the middle of the night!

2 hour early checkin was allowed without extra charges. Bathroom was cleaned everyday. 7/11,restaurants, massages centers and beach walkable.

Hotel staff didn't accepted credit card for payment of extra bed. Approach road to hotel is narrow, one side of that narrow lane is an open wide drain, this makes it tricky for big vans to turn. The drivers from airport mistake this hotel with City gate hotel which is also nearby so keep an eye at the map location of this hotel

I’m unsure how it can be called a resort as there is no food or beveondite. Pool tiles need a sandblast around the pool as it’s dangerously slippery. Towels in the room need an urgent upgrade. Having said this it is a lovely hitel in an excellent location and woukd stay here sgsin

Wi-Fi was very poor and frustrating to use. I kept getting thrown out of the internet connection and had to keep logging back in, it was useless. They did update their Wi-Fi provider during my stay and this seemed to work a bit better. Daily cleaning could be a bit hit and miss some days with not everything checked, although it was still good most days.
