Good size room and quiet Bath shower good with hot water. Wifi adequate for me Nice hotel for the price I paid Receptionists all excellent Nice pool and sunbeds Complex overall was lovely but still a bit `tired` looking

Didn`t affect me but steep hill with limited walking area to hotel and many ,many steep steps at the entrance and throughout the hotel grounds which would be difficult for those with restricted mobility

great hotel and is in quiet area not to far from beach and nightlife about 15 mins walk it has a nice pool and good restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful rooms are ok but are little dated only bad thing is lots of steps and stairs to climb no lift/elevator in hotel but overall its a nice hotel to stay in.

The staff were amazing and helpful. Super accommodating and lovely to talk to.

There were some holes in the insect screen in the bathroom. The renovation works could of started a little later but completely understandable.

The rooms were clean a bit dated.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was very good and the orange shakes were addicted and freshly made.

The hotel was on a hill and it had many steps, had to use steps for rooms for restaurant, they were kept clean but could be slippery near the room i stayed in.The photos are a little outdated the pool has a few chipped tiles which you had to avoid,or you would cut your foot as sharp edges.The cleaning staff need restraining as often they would forget towels or products that were empty eg water toilet paper, bed was always made perfect but i would not say the rooms were cleaned properly,woodworm in wood the little piles of dust still there after room was cleaned.

Great pool, but need to run the waterfall more often. The staff was really excellent. They were very accommodating and worked hard to make the stay better than the rooms themselves would otherwise be. The staff and the restaurant was great too and the food was adequate. Patong food is expensive in general.

It would be awesome if they decided to install an elevator. Now guests have to walk several flights of somewhat dangerous, old-fashioned stone stairs. A lot of the furniture is very old. Some of it looks charming, just like the stone stairs, some just looks old and dusty and worn out. With a bit more updating, and the a shuttle, the place could really be awesome. But now you have to use Grab or call a Taxi, as the staff doesn't know how to call a taxi.

Location was pretty good not far from Patong beach and peaceful. Staff was amazingly friendly and Helpful and very polite. Food at Hotel also good in quality. Rates are very competitive too. No dramas at the time of checkout at all.

Furnitures are pretty old they need to improve in that area otherthen that everything was perfect.

The complex has started a refurbishment of handrails on the stairs and balconies. A few broken tiles in the swimming pool
