Room was great, upgraded to Phang Nga Pool Suite which had a lovely big pool. Room itself was huge and spacious, gorgeous free standing bath which was relaxing for the evening. Very clean. Staff so polite and helpful. Great location to reach Phuket Elephant Sanctuary and the rainforest in the north for hiking. Hotel offers day trips to Phuket Old Town, Big Buddha and various other options. We did 1 trip with the hotel and it was great. Huge hotel pool is lovely, as is the hotel design full of open spaces and sweeping views. Curries in the Thai restaurant on site were delicious.

Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice. All eggs we ordered weren't cooked in the middle, and little option for things like fresh fruit etc. Patio in room bizarrely made of individual stones so can't go out bare foot to the pool as it's really painful. Nowhere on site to buy snacks etc. Would have been nice to be able to buy bits (crisps, drinks etc) given we had a small kitchen area in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Como Yamu Point, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I encountered an unexpected issue with my credit card, which could have been quite stressful. Pat handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and creativity, quickly finding a solution that allowed me to continue enjoying my stay without any disruptions. Pat’s dedication to providing top-notch service, combined with their problem-solving skills, made all the difference. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests’ well-being is truly commendable. Super great staff, super clean, super nice view. I had a flying ticket issue, so I contacted the hotel to move the booking date and they accepted with pleasure without adding any penalties. Thank you for your kind understanding

The location is isolated. You can not step out with no transportation. Sometimes, you try to use a transportation App, but they refuse your trip request due to distance, so you ask the receptionist to find a double-price car to accommodate your needs. Breakfast is not the best. They have limited options. However, it was fine The private swimming pool is not heated, like other hotels have, you need to wait till the afternoon so the water will be fairly warm for your kids to swim.

Blissful! This has been one of our best experiences. The hotel is absolutely stunning, if you’re into interior design, you will appreciate the materials and how they’ve designed it. The services were impeccable, staff were attentive, they did little things that made our stay very memorable. The breakfast has been one of our bests, so many wholesome options. The view and swimming pool, WOW! Highly recommend and would happily come again.

Amazing views, secluded and quiet area very nice staff

Gorgeous, gorgeous resort that hits all the marks! This is an exquisite hotel with spectacular views throughout, outstanding food options and the most amazing breakfast spread I have ever experienced. The photos do NOT do this place justice. The staff are stellar and in true Thai form incredibly hospitable and extremely attentive. This is a superlative hotel experience you will not forget. We are so glad we took a chance on this place because the photos do not relay the spectacular one of kind experience this hotel provides!

Absolutely nothing!

- The property is in excellent condition. Didn’t see any wear and tear in our room or pool areas. - Room and common areas were always immaculate. - Staff were always friendly and very attentive. - 360 degree views of the bay were stunning.

Only slight let down on the food. - In room dining menu is limited with 2 pastas, a steak, pizzas burgers and sandwiches. I hoped to be able to order some authentic Thai, at least some chicken satay or a noodle dish. - Some of the food I had was pre prepared and not made fresh to order. Experienced this at breakfast, lunch, dinner and in room dining. - Alcohol was highly priced in my opinion. Also mostly families with young children staying here. If you don’t like to be around other peoples children I’d suggest booking an adults only hotel.
