The only thing that I didn't like was when I arrived, it was a little late and because of that the dinner menu was limited and I only had Pad Thai, which was good, but I wish I could get other appetizers and dessert.

Additionally, the absence of halal food within the resort or nearby could be inconvenient for Muslim travellers. Despite these drawbacks, Craft Resorts excels in offering a peaceful setting, excellent recreational facilities, and attentive service.

Spent a week here and it was very comfortable indeed, spacious rooms, great beds, early breakfast, clean pool and not as many insects as I would expect. It's great they have a trial massage included. Although resorts are not our thing, we really enjoyed it. Staff were great and room always clean. It was generally quiet but my god, some tourists are so loud. Overall, happy with this place.

- mega dissapointing breakfast. Thailand has some of world's best foods, that's not reflected in the breakfast, which was carb-heavy and not that much protein. I would have loved to see more chioces and definitely more fruit (they only had watermelon). Proteins include just eggs and some chicken sausage, there was a cooked stir fry they would change everyday but not enough choice. It feels they only cater for Chinese tourists but there were a lot of europeans as well so they should adapt the menu - boring restaurant menu - you find better food downtown. I've been eating in town everyday - location - it is a bit far from everything so you need to use Grab to ride everywhere but Grab is super reliable - don't use their shuttles, just use Grab - just order food with Grab

The breakfast was really cold, all types of eggs really didn't like the taste as extremely cold food every day.

Whether it’s your first visit or you’re a returning guest like me, this hotel never disappoints. It’s a rare gem where you’re treated not just as a guest, but as family. I can’t wait to come back again! Great location if you want stay near old town & the hotel offer a free shuttle service to top tourist destinations which takes 20-30, minutes mostly . Also The restaurant at this hotel is fantastic! The food is always fresh, delicious, and there’s a great variety to choose from. The staff are so friendly and attentive, making every meal an enjoyable experience. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and service are always excellent. Highly recommend dining here.

The pool in front of the room was really nice, had a restaurant there which was convenient.

Would be nice if the air conditioner was colder, makes it hard to sleep. And the pillow was a little uncomfortable.

Thoughtful and friendly staff, lovely setup place tucked 15mins away from old town. Very peaceful and quiet, with a monkey feeding site a 5 minutes walk away. We were celebrating a belated birthday for 2 of the group and the hotel gladly helped to add to the celebration by bringing us cake and serenading us.

The surrounding location has not many amenities. As we got in and were not feeling too well, medication and the necessary items could only be purchased via grab. Only one minor inconvenience was that we did not have travel adaptors with us, all plug points were local but we managed to purchase one on grab easily.

breakfast was very limited. they had actually meals (like fried fish and grilled chicken). i mean who eats this from the early morning. rooms are filled with ants. i mean every corner every bed every table everything will be infested with ants. had to send all my luggage to special treatment due to the amount of ants. tv is probably the first flat tv to ever enter thailand. i mean its cheap and easy to provide with a smart tv that will allow mirror casting or using of tv streaming apps.

The resort is beautiful, with lush gardens, helpful staff, and lots of privacy. The pools are the highlight, with each room having it's own direct access, with private patios with sunbeds for relaxing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean with great air-conditioning. The daily shuttle buses into Phuket Town was essential, and well appreciated. The restaurant provides good meals if you need it, with local recipes on offer alongside western favourites. Overall, it's a terrific place to relax and unwind with great privacy, in a quiet location.

The resort is not very well located, with some effort required to head to main areas and attractions. The shuttle buses were helpful, however they offer a one way trip with travellers responsible for organising transport back. Phuket Town is about a 10-15 minute bus ride away, and Patong beach and the airport closer to an hour away. Not many taxi drivers knew where the resort was by name, so be prepared to give directions on a phone to help with communication. Be prepared to pay between 300-400 THB for a ride from Phuket Town, and 700-800 THB from the airport. Once you're familiar with getting around, it becomes a lot easier, but there is little within walking distance so make sure you plan your days.
