We liked the room , the staff were really helpful and pleasant , sassy helped us organise taxis for our next 2 parts of our trip.. the pool was amazing , can't stay too long as no shade( I think they have trouble with the wind with it being a roof top pool , but really amazing pool .. location for markets, street food and 7/11 was perfect .there is a lovely coffee shop just next door..

The walk to Kata/Karon beach.. too hot to walk ( we are in our 50's ha ha ). 15 minutes away in that heat was hard work.. made us realise we definitely have to have a hotel on a beach ..

The rooms were spotless and the manager was very helpful. The location was perfect fore.

Gym wasn't available due to repairs during the non tourist season.

The staff were very friendly, best hotel staff I had in my month in Thailand

Location is a slight downside, more laid-back area which is nice but not much going on compared to other areas

- good maintance hotel - good location, close fruit market, 7-11, foodcourts and restaurants - fast wifi - quiet at night

- far away from beach (if you have stroller then shortcut to the beach is very difficult) - pool needs more shadow around and repair parasols around pool - 20k bth for 7 nights is too much for this hotel

We stayed in this hotel for more than 3 weeks and no regrets about it! The hotel is located in the middle of Kata and Karon beaches so we had a choice between the two, with 15 minutes walk each. The room was modern and clean, with a decent balcony. It was pretty quiet, despite being located on a busy street. The pool and gym were good. There is also a PlayStation 5 console for entertainment in the lobby. Last but not least, the staff were very friendly and helpful!

The wifi kept logging out when you left the hotel and returned. However, the internet speed was good and the above issue didn’t disturb remote work with a computer.

Everything was very clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooftop pool was great! Nice, big, and well maintained - a beautiful place to watch the sunset. The beds were comfortable and all the towels were nice and soft.

The location is alright, a 15-20 minute walk to Kata beach which isn’t bad, but it’s on a main road which was a bit difficult to walk on at times. The breakfast that was included could be improved, perhaps adding some healthier/whole food options rather than just white bread and pastries.

It is good place to be in moving. Motorbike needed. Pool was very nice!!

Our Stay at Dome Kata was fantastic. The place was meticulously maintained, centrally located and at very reasonable price. We appreciate the all time support from reception staff...they have been pro-active in suggesting right things for us and were always with a welcoming smile..... The cleanest room we had in Thailand yet with very comfortable beds beds, and the cleanest rooms!

If you have a kid with a stroller you are going to have a difficult time to reach the hotel, you have to walk on a 4 lane, busy street without pavement for 100 meters, which is a bit dangerous. The breakfast was the poorest we've had and is the only reason this hotel doesn't get a 10 from me.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location is great in Kata. Within a few minutes foot walk you have the street market, the beach and a utilities like laundry and bike rent. A 7-11 is right on the opposite side of the street. The rooms are well equipped with a safe, fridge, good A/C and a small balcony with chairs and a table. Everything was clean. The pool is fantastic with a view over Kata and on the ocean. It was never crowded.

Some umbrellas next to the pool chairs would be great for the midday sun.
