Staff were very friendly. Rooms were lovely, some nice touches. Breakfast was really yummy. Particularly enjoyed the sticky rice in pandan leaves. Yum! Location is perfect, right in the centre, but not noisy at all as it's off a slightly quieter street and rooms are at the back. Beautiful old building!

Bit strange to have towels for sheets

Very nice place for not a big price. Very pleasant owner. I appreciate her help and advice. I saw a lot of consumers asked questions and she was glad to answer. Very kind person, who really likes her work. This is a nice place for those who would like to study what is old city, how old historical buildings in Phuket were built, and how local people support their culture. This is a very peaceful and colorful place with interesting furniture and decorations. Nice breakfast. The main streets are not far from this building.

I didn't expect that in such a building the windows have so specific constructions. When you open the window - you will see the wall of the other room. There is a small hall between rooms, and your window will be on the next wall. Just that small hall between rooms has a window to open air. But this is the construction of such buildings. It was an interesting discovery for me. That's why it is even more interesting to see and fill this unusual condition. Also, each room has a nice air conditioner which is very helpful.

AMAZING location right in Old Town Phuket, very close to a major tourist destination for shopping, restaurants, and photo shoots. Breakfast was fine. Lots of selection. The staff was very friendly and not too challenging for communication in English.

Our room had a very smoky odor, even though it was a non-smoking room. We were only there for one night so we didn't bother changing to a new room, however if we had been there for multiple nights, we would have needed to get a new room as opening the windows to air it out didn't even make a dent in the smell.

Good location, we stayed in triple room, room was big facing to the road, a bit noisy but worth it. coffee tea and water available for free at the lobby whole day. breakfast included, (boiled egg jam butter sausage some local snack) . We extend our date , but because they didn’t have triple room any more gave us 2 double room with the same price , room was cozy and quiet

staff communication barrier due to lack of English skill, rooms don’t have refrigerator but they allowed we use fridge downstairs

A lovely guesthouse, very authentic and right in the heart of the old town. Street is quiet, not even noisy on the night of the near by weekend market. Rooms are a good size with nice big comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Air con works effectively. Breakfast is a bit basic but enough to get you going! Water and hot drinks are available all day. Great value for money, would stay again.

Better breakfast perhaps, more selection. The taxi man that affiliated with the hotel....do not use him! He is not a good driver and his car is falling to pieces. His air con is opening the windows! Someone please tell him that its time to retire!

Basic room and hotel as expected from the pictures and description. Excellent location on the main road in the old town, walkable to everything and very close proximity. Basic and small breakfast included that was sufficient. Friendly and helpful staff.

We know beds are firmer in Thailand than our preference but this felt like a slab of wood, no give or bounce at all, meant a couple of very uncomfortable nights

The staff was super friendly and helpful from the first moment. She welcomed as with home made appetizers and explained very well the surroundings. The exceptional points came when in the evening and once at the hotel I realized that I forgot my ipad (for work) in the plane. Not only she called the airline 7 times (did not quit) but also help with the conversation with the airline so the sent back the same night the ipad and she collected from the taxi at midnight so I could have early in the morning. AMAING!! If not for her, i would have not been able to work. I will be always grateful. On the other hand, the hotel we went in the island KhoPangan was terrible and it was also through Booking

Fantastic property in the centre of Old Town Phuket. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Very quiet location, bedrooms everything you need and breakfast was simple but a lovely addition. Would highly recommend if staying in Phuket!

Windows didn’t have curtains so allowed quite a bit of light in - this didn’t bother us too much! But may be difficult if a light sleeper Duvets were a large towel type sheet, found them slightly too small for use

We really enjoyed the air conditioning as it was very hot during our stay, the property as a whole has a very comfy aesthetic I would absolutely recommend staying here when you are travelling. And on Sundays it has a night market near by which is filled with loads of different streets foods. As a whole it is a great location and has great rooms and bathrooms

There wasn’t much to dislike as the property had everything my family needed when we were staying

Amazing location in the old town, away from the chaos with lots of charm. On Sundays there is a big night market that stretches right near the hotel entrance. Very clean and good breakfast on offer in the mornings and the guy on reception was really nice.

Nothing- some people have mentioned that the bedding is a towel which is true but I found this to be really comfy due to how hot it can get in Thailand.
