Room was clean, spacious and tidy. Staff were all very pleasent, happy and accomodating. Location is superb, so quiet yet so close to so much. Anything you could want is in walking distance. Dog friendly, which was crucial for us. The grounds are very lush and green and are very well kept on a daily basis.

There were a few minor problems with the room, nothing complaint worthy however. There was no hot water in our room for instance, but it was so hot we didn't mind the cold showers. The restaurant was quite a let down. It wasn't particularly bad but after one meal there we ate outside of the resort for the rest of our 2 week stay.

Clean rooms at a great price. Convenient location

We were only short time at Pukhet and we had choosen this hotel to be nearby the beach and nearby the party street. The beach was walking distance like 800meters. Not five star hotel as we knew it, but price was also not five stars. Value for money for sure. Nice breakfast. Very large pool where you can swim. Just little bit stupid that pool can't be used in the evening, which I didn't know. Rooms at the swimming pool have nicer views.

He Didn't allowed my native friends to join me in the room. And he said you will pay extra around 3000 Bhatt. Its was disappointing to me and you didn't mention in your booking. The reception person was very arrogant he was behaving like he is the owner of the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and the area was very nice and relaxing. Everything was clean. We could walk to the shopping area and it was good value for the money.

The shower didn't work properly, with little water for our bath cause it was all clogged. My room was a bit old but I wasn't expecting a luxurious stay anyway.

Really good resort with great facilities to offer. We used the spa facilities and it was 10/10. Food in the restaurant is also cheap and was very nice. Staff were great and couldn’t do anything else for us helping to organise day trips and transport to next stop. The room was clean and staff checking each day to see if anything else was needed.

As are room was at the bottom of the resort we could not pick up any WiFi and could only get WiFi in the lobby area. There was a bit of renovations happening in the resort which did not disturb us but would hope in future that rooms in the resort can be made more secure as we had a number of geckos and ants in our room. Thankfully the room got cleaned daily which helped with this. Would highly recommend this resort but would hope for a few improvements.

The breakfast needs more variety

The location was ideal. Very close to the beach, shops and night life. This does not mean it was loud; in fact it was very tranquil. We left our luggage at reception for 2 days during our trip to Phi Phi and everything was safe upon our return. I felt safe and comfortable to stay at Naina. The pool was also great and the staff gave us towels to use at the pool.

The air-con and our door lock was broken when we arrived, but they sent someone to fix it. After our return from Phi Phi, we got a different room, where the air-con was faulty again, tap leaked, and the safe was broken. After complaining, we were given a different room where everything worked well.

Super easy to get to, not too far away from everything.

The bed was like sleeping on concrete.
