Really a fantastic resort in Phuket and we had an incredible experience. The staff were amazing, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a relaxing time throughout our stay. The swimming pool and atmosphere were both spectacular, and the great view from our room was really a great way to start our day. The complimentary shuttle to the shopping center was convenient, and the breakfast buffet was superb. The resort also excelled in providing various activities around the pool, including yoga, kids' parties, and water sports. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating and enjoyable getaway!

Staff are amazing at this hotel. Facilities are great and very clean. We love the 3 tier pool. Extremely helpful especially during periods of being very unwell.

The Indian tourists who were staying by the bus loads, they were extremely disrespectful to staff and other hotel guests. This is not the fault of the hotel, but the hotel catered for them and bowed to their every need, even changing a majority of the buffet breakfast to Indian food during their stay. No other nationalities were catered for like this. Even then these rude arrogant people were not satisfied, complaining to the chef. They took our table on multiple occasions even when my son was sitting waiting for us. Took chairs we were sitting on. The hotel staff could see it, and we felt sorry they were being treated so poorly. But during this whole time they remained so professional and polite.

Great location, great view, staff was very kind and polite. Room was clean and always tidy. Amazing atmosphere.

The curtains in the room weren’t dark enough so the light came in too early in the morning. To me is a little overpriced, breakfast should be included in the initial price (it’s 15€ a day for one person, too much for me for no reason).

Good views from lobby or hotel rooms. Clean rooms and very friendly staff

The property is on the hill and we had to walk uphill from lobby to our hotel room. Although it had good views of the water, it is not beach front and one has to cross the street to walk to the beach.

The staff made this holiday. They went above and beyond for the children and the games around the pool. Nothing was every too much of a problem

I think that it was worth purchasing the half board meal option. We dined in the evening around 8pm and it was always quiet. Sometimes we were the only ones dining. Loved the private experience. The hotel is close to the strip for Street eats, massage parlors, dining and other activities.

The rooms were up the hill which we walked up and down most times. It can be an exhausting walk, especially during the heat of the day. They did offer shuttle service to the room, so I recommend utilizing it so that you don't feel continually drained. The resort required a lot of walking via stairs, especially to visit the pool, spa, gym, or to go down to the beach. These amenities were not accessible via elevator. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible/friendly. So, if you have issues with climbing several stairs daily, do not book here.

Spent 6 days with family and friends. The view is awesome from the Pinnacle Bar especially seeing the fireworks of 31st Dec. Hotel is well situated with good facilities. Staffs is very friendly and helpful. Prices are very affordable. Good value for money.

Communication level of staff in English is relatively limited especially in restaurant. Pork is too much mixed up with non-pork food while I understand but a very little effort could have been made to offer more choices to non-pork eaters. The hotel is well maintained but rather old and seems to have stucked in the the 80-90s. A good renovation needed with some modern aspects. The hotel was not properly advertised and confusingly mentioned Beach front, but didn't say it was separated by a busy road and a building. We were supposed to attend a hotel on the beach and were a bit disappointed by the location.

The location of the property was perfect. Right across from the less crowded side of patong beach and walkable to several restaurants and shops. The staff were also amazing and very accommodating. The ocean view room was perfection!

The towels provided were strange as I had to request washcloths on several days. One day they were not delivered to the room after being requested. Also, this isn’t necessarily a con for me and my group but the property is located up a steep heel which may be limiting if you have mobility issues. We liked being in the hills because it provided excellent views.
