The staff here were really friendly. I've been to Thailand many times, and this was the first hotel I felt they made a real difference in. Weldone to these staff. The hotel was also more modern and clean. The location is also good.

Only the minor things to report from this stay: Multiple times throughout the day, there is a mosque near by, be aware of the loud calls to Allah 5-6 times per day. The breakfast looked really nice, but the taste wasn't there. We are a mixed family British and Thai but both felt this let the stay down a little. Overpricing of some items at 300% over the price you can get elsewhere, understandably mark up is part of the buisness but things seemed to be a little more than other places.

The room is big, facilities are new, staffs are so helpful I can request all the necessary amenities, such as: iron, slipper, shaving kit

Breakfast is decent Location is 1.5km from Patong beach so unless you rent a motorbike, otherwise you will cost 200 baht to go to Patong beach.

everything was fine but breakfast was bad (or europeans) because there was just rice, noodles which we don’t like for breakfast. we could order eggs but we missed pancakes, croissants, bread, cheese…

very cosy rooms, mattress is very comfortable. Very modern rooms. the connecting rooms are fantastic for a group of 3-4.

a little far from the night life but not the worst, 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi to Patong Beach. Booked this hotel mainly for stop over purpose. Breakfast was awful for the price you pay which is 250 bhat, expect noodles and pasta for breakfast.

Good location near to Patong beach and Bangla Road. Easily available taxis. Nice staff.

Definitely ,i have made a really good experience. The staff is fantastic and very helpful too. I would come again ,definitely. They do everything for you ,ask only and everything will be fine. Excellent

The cleaning staff is very nice but a taken a bit more time to clean the rooms better. More look for the little things, what i mean details and a bit more sweap and wipe the floors. Otherwise ,they are very friendly and always helpful und in a good mood.

The property does not have a balcony but they almost have everything for you. They provide free water, coffee and tea, shampoo, soap, toothbrush & toothpaste, shower cap, towels and razors. Their breakfast is decent. It is nearby to restaurants, cafes, 7/11, ATMs, dental clinic, tattoo shop, money exchange, laundry, law firm, and Patong medical clinic. Their staff is also flexible with our preferences and they are always there to assist us with our needs. We tested positive and they were there to help us and provide good options like staying in the hotel with a good rate per night which comes with daily breakfast.

I think it is more on improvement. Cleaning staff could be more proactive with changing towels and providing water bottles daily. Sometimes they cannot fully operate on big decisions without their manager or supervisor around. We have to wait two days more before we could get our Recovery certificate because only the supervisor can process it. I think it would be great to have an additional supervisor/manager so in case the other one is not around, the other one can take over and manage.

Everything was really good overall. Pool and rooftop area with bar was a big plus. Recommend to those made nervous by some of negative comments, really not any issues that should affect your stay.

Could tell upon entering rooms that there might have been a mold issue, few remaining signs/marks and a bit of muggyness in air but fixed with the AC/open window. Pool should stay open later and AC should be used in communal spaces as deathly hot when circulating throughout.

Rooms are very modern and very well maintained Beautiful pool area with plenty of space and towels provided. Close to centre (very accessible to party streets) but quiet and family friendly. great gym
