The bed was quite comfortable. They have vending machines for a late night snack. They have a decent gym facility and washing machines on level 2. Good view of mountains from my room. Simple but great value for money. Most staff were very friendly. Fresh water provided daily.

Blood stains on the furniture and large stains on the mattress. Some of the linen has holes and needed replacement. Room could use bedside table lamps and a pack of tissues. I ended up getting my own toilet paper. I asked for one of the staff members to book a taxi to take me to the hospital and she told me to get the “grab app” which in understand for all other situations would make sense but if someone requests to go to the hospital, just book them a taxi. It’s the decent thing to do.

I have read a lot of negative review of this property and was a bit worried about that but I have to stay because other hotel are too expensive so I just giving a try but it was not as review It's totally different - as I have seen it's better than that ! Since I arrive it was super surprise me the staff was so nice and friendly as I was travel alone and this is something heart-warming for me The location is very convenience as it is closed to Central Floresta and night market Unfortunately I have urgent issues and have to early check out at night and fly back to BKK asap , the hotel understand the situation and was so kind to giving me such a good suppport and allow me to cancelled the booking also call the taxi to the airport for me It was the right choice for me and would definitely back to stay ! Thank you so much :)

Got it. Here’s a chill, positive review based on what you said: I really liked my stay here. The best part was how the back door of my room opened right up to the pool—super convenient and just a great vibe. For rooms that weren’t poolside, I thought the big bathtubs on the balconies were a pretty cool runner-up. Also, shoutout to the sauna. Loved having that as an option. There are also laundry facilities available and the staff are all super kind and helpful. All in all, solid spot.

The fact that there’s not a restaurant is definitely a downside although not a dealbreaker. The furniture also in the living room was not comfortable nor practical for sitting and hanging out on.

The swimming pool is spacious and nicely located on the second floor. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning works great. I really enjoyed how the hotel is in a nook with lots of agricultural land surrounding it to dampen the city noises too. The cleaning staff work quickly and come to the rooms daily to tidy up the place and refill the water bottles. Also the elevators work great too.

The lobby doesn't have any air circulation other than the open doors, but it's not too terrible.

I think hotel listen to the guests feedback and trying improve issues happen because I read reviews that they give 1 key but I got 2 keys when I'm check in (they told me that the system has been already updated) The room is clean and well located in good location which is very closed to Central , pool area is superb ! All staffs are helpful , recommended 👍

Excellent value for money. The room was absolutely clean, modern, comfortable and spacy, with nice view at the swimming pool and the town. All common areas were clean and great designed, and best among them is the big super-pretty swimming pool. A well equipped gym an a sauna are available for free. The pool has big soft comfortable deckchairs with wheels, easy to move around. The staff is super polite and helpful. The hotel is 350m from the biggest and fanciest shopping mall, the "Central Phuket" which is an amazing place to eat and shop. It's also about 800m from the great Weekend Bazaar. Public buses to Karon and Kata beaches stop right in front of the hotel, and the ones of pink line and Patong stop at 400m - very convenient for budget travelling. Overall this hotel is an excellent accommodation choice!

A restaurant or eatery of some kind would be useful. The distance to the center of Phuket Town is about 2-3km.

Really kind and welcoming staff. Nice relaxing pool area. Not too busy or loud. We got a coach and catamaran to koh tao the next day and the check in office was literally next door. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Really enjoyed our stay!

Only downside was there was no restaurant facility on site but that was advertised so can't hold that against them

I didnt like it as it doesn't have tinted rooms on the pool access floor. When i open my curtains every single thing and person can be seen my room. Another thing is, if the room/suite we stayed in were to have a private toilet for the master bedroom. Instead of a sharing one.. Lastly, it would be great to have another extra room card than having only one..That would be more convenient.. Other than that, i have no more problems

We stayed here because we needed to take the bus from Phuket to Koh Pangan. Highly recommend to stay here the day before and do some shopping. Convenient location, walking distance to the shopping mall.

Deposit was needed for the room key, which I never had experienced
