The hotel location is excellent, near supermarkets, restaurants, and Patong beach. Bedroom is big, and love the ones with direct access to the pool.

Wifi in the bedroom doesn't work well. That was the only issue I had on my stay. And every time had to reconnect to wifi if I was in the lobby or restaurant.

Everything, price value, specialy the amazing helpful stuff all of them, with smile all the time on their face

The stuff is so helpful and nice , the hotel room big and clean , the pool view and the pool is amazing , the location so great so close from the Patong Beach and the Bangla road

The bed is uncomfortable it so hard i need a hard massage after staying for 9 nights, also there is no bed or sofa for the child and when we request extra bed they request from us to pay a lot of money, the breakfast was so bad , there is no many choices and everyday same meals and not so delicious.

Despite a rating of 3 stars, this hotel is much more in many ways. It's location may be on the verge of Pa Tong Beach but it's still quite accessible without the hum and drum you get in the middle of the town. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel itself is quite contained given the price. The pools allow for a swim or just a dip depending on your needs and, the decor, albeit not beach huts or the likes but do definitely ring a tone of tropical to them.

The tech in the hotel is slightly backward, you still get in room WiFi and cable TV of sorts but yeah, the bare minimum.

More sun loungers around pool however did not disappoint us pool was brilliant however no pool bar open at time of our stay. Great location short walk to beech. Rooms are really good and relaxing full equipped with fridge and loads of space.

Although the bed felt quite hard initially,it was extremely comfortable and we never woke up with any pain. Breakfast was varied every day. Room was clean and housekeeping was fantastic. Location is close enough to the hussle, but not in the middle which was great for relaxing. No street noise can be heard inside room and block out curtains ensured darkness when sleeping in.

The location was perfect, just a few minute walk to the beach, and next to the night market. The pool was very nice, and the room was very spacious and clean.

The wifi is a nightmare to connect to, and the mattress was SO hard - I had read this in other reviews but I thought they were exaggerating - They were not!! The bed is rock solid.

I liked where it was situated, it had a comfy bed, great shower pressure and it was quiet at night. The 711 was directly across the road and there were always taxi's waiting. It was a short walk to OTOP. The pool was clean and enjoyable. We have a pool access room.

I would have preferred more choice for breakfast but what we had was okay.
