Great views. Nice, large, comfortable room. The pool area is very nice. facilities are older but very well kept and are a good value. They do offer a daily shuttle to and from Old Phuket town. Nice, yet typical breakfast buffet.

They resort and very private and well kept. However, it is located high on a cliff. So walkability is poor and a 20 minute or longer taxi ride needed to get to area attractions.

Location and architecture of resort was very good. However, we need to mention that it's very far from city. Staff were very attentive. However, most of the staff does not speak english. Fron desk staff Feena was superb 👌 . She was very helpful in all aspects addressing our needs in terms of transportation and bookings.

Breakfast was not at all good.... even Omelette station was disappointing.

The villa has an excellent view of the sea! It was breathtaking! Every morning around 6am, I can see the morning light shining into the room through the sheer curtain. The red ball of sun is just peeking out from the far horizon. The water was calm and still, just the rest of the resort. It was indeed very relaxing!

I was charged 50 Baht for ice which I am little shock.

Very good quiet place with not many guests, nice beach, free transfer from hotel to beach (the hotel is on the mountain; you can also walk to the beach about 2-3 min) and to Phuket Town and back, good breakfast, free kayak, free towels and deck chairs on the beach, decent exchange rate in the hotel, 40 min walk to the village (7even supermarket and cafes) and to the Black Rock viewpoint (maybe not wow, but still worth seeing). Recommend if you prefer calm and quiet vacation.

Very deep low tide - you can't swim or use kayak after 1-2 pm till 6 pm, but you can swim in the pool. Somewhat overpriced restaurant.

Amazing views! Quiet and serene resort, away from touristic places and urban areas. Supalai offers free shuttles to and from Old Phuket Town daily and free kayaks from the beach. Kind, polite and observing staff which went out of their way to make our stay the best one. Especially Sa-Eed helped in making our time at Supalai memorable.

Their beach is not really a beach, but the infinity pool by the beach made up for it, and then you had it to yourself. Prices are a bit steeper here than other places, because of the secluded location away from competitors. For instance you'll have to pay double for a Thai Massage here than in the city.

The view is amazing from Villas and rooms, most recommended is Villas.

The view was spectacular and quiet area and peaceful. Nice swimming pool.

We booked a oceanview villa and got the room with quite a garden view not really a ocean view, the staff at the restaurant really ought to have some basic knowledge of English and service was bad, look like noboby happy, no smile, no feeling, they not even say hello. The worst part of our stay were the breakfast buffet and dinner, The standard and quality were the lowest we’ve ever experienced in the whole of Thailand. The breakfast buffet taste terrible, old eggs (staff not really stand there to made a fresh fried eggs or omlet), old bread. We had a rental car so we like to go eat outside the hotel.

The view was stunning! Super relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff (especially Sa-eed in the restaurant). Great value for money! Local Thai food in the restaurant was delicious.

We arrived early (9am) before the the 2pm check in. We weren't provided with a welcome drink as others were and were not permitted to have breakfast that morning. Instead we waited by the pool until around 1pm when our room was ready. It would have been nice to have been offered breakfast. The room was lovely but the balcony doors shook alot in the wind which resulted in constant banging through the night. The resort is beautiful but a little tired looking in places, there is nothing else in walking distance around.

It’s a perfect place to relax and get away from a stressful job. The hotel offers you a stunning view, and a nice pool. It offers you a free transfer to Phuket Old Town and a free ride in a kajak. And I really like the breakfast buffet. Motorcycle rental start from 300 baht a day

A few things I didn’t like. First thing, they offering a airport transfer for 700 baht. You can order a Bolt taxi for only 400 baht. The second thing is that they are offering massages. For 1 hours Thai massage you pay 650 baht. In the old town you pay something like 350 baht. Prices for drinks and food higher than in the city.

We liked the personnel alot they were Super Nice very helpful with anything that you asked. We also enjoyed the pool area alot with the nice view. We liked that the resort was in a very calm and slow area with not a lot of people and not a lot of traffic/ town in the nearby.

We were a little bit disappointed that the food too often came served lukewarm and not steamingly hot. Unfortunately really took down our experience with the place. The bed was very hard for both me a small woman 65kg and my partner with 100kg. The facility has seen it's better days and could use some maintenance overall to make it look top notch but it is still a very cozy place.
