Amazing value villa resort. The pool was huge, staff were friendly, and the villa itself was very comfortable. Room service was very quick and food was good quality. The gym was well-equipped compared to most hotel gyms and it's a shame this is not emphasised/included in the photographs on booking.com.

The staff were very nice. The villa’s were done beautifully with place for jacuzzi and massage. The massage itself was good but overpriced compared to other places. The hotel is close-to a busy road but you cannot hear the noise when inside. All the villas are in the jungle and the surrounding is quiet and peaceful.

After a long whole night flight we went at the hotel around 12.00 (we have already asked for an early check in.) The check in time is 14.00 . In the whole place there were 4 couples and despite this we had to wait until 14.30 to get to our villa, as the room was not ready. (there are more than 20 villas ) Breakfast is nice but not much variety. Villas are outdated but still looking nice.

The territory of the hotel is located in a real jungle with soothing sounds of nocturnal insects which is good for quality sleep. My villa was 535 with a huge jacuzzi tub and two message beds as on the picture, the bed was pretty comfortable. On the first day of my stay, I noticed that one of the showers was not working and the socket in the bedroom too, I notified the staff of my problems and they solved them immediately. They also have their own good cosmetic oils, balms of their own production and an excellent spa.

Sometimes I could not find employees to call the buggy and just consult, since the hotel territory is large, it would seem that they have a shortage of employees

Amazing hotel, in the middle of the green lush. Everything was perfect, the rooms are so big and exactly like in the pictures. We loved the jacuzzi. Staff is extremely polite and helpful, always ready to pick us up from our villas to the reception with the buggy. We loved every minute of our stay and regretted it so much when we had to leave. It was not crowded or noisy, we used to relax at the pool with a drink in the evenings when we returned from the beach and before going out in the evening again. I highly recommend this hotel, a big thank you to the staff that made our stay very comfortable.

Our stay was amazing. The people who work here are so kind and helpful. The room was spacious and beyond our expectations. The infinitypool has an unique view into the jungle and the pictures don’t do justice to experiencing this in real life. For breakfast there is a lady who cooks your eggs the way you want. There are enough other options + fresh fruit as well. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time, which felt like such a luxury. You can also choose to get a massage in your own room. A massage in the resort is more expensive than in Phuket Town, but so worth it! This experience is absolutely worth every Baht. The hotel also offers free transfers in de morning to different sightseeing places around the area + Nai Han Beach. Which is really great, as the taxi’s are a bit pricey. I would totally recommend this hidden gem in Phuket to everyone.

The resort is near a main road, so walking is a bit challenging. But you don’t hear traffic once you’re inside

Everything! It was an exceptional stay. The staff was so nice and friendly. The tea they served was the best tea I have had. The rooms were amazing and the jacuzzi in them was wonderful. The pool was great. Tried Thai massage that the hotel offered and I have never felt so good! Would definitely recommend staying there!

Stunning venue. The facilities are fantastic. We had a massage in our spa suite which was brilliant. The pool (which looked put over the jungle), gym and restaurant food are all to a high standard. The rooms are beautiful and very large. There was the option to have a jacuzzi bath too which looked out into the jungle. Upon arrival we were given cold towels and a complimentary herbal drink. We were then driven to our suite. All this helped us cool down and feel very welcome. Would highly recommend.

Due to varying degrees or English amongst the staff, it was hard to always get high standard service. That being said, their English is a lot better than my Thai 😉. There was complementary water in the room. Next to it was some soft drinks and crisps. It only became apparent at checkout that the additional items are not free despite there being no prices displayed in the room or on the items. The pool area is fantastic. However the tranquil atmosphere was disturbed several times a day by the local Thai Boxing gym classes, whose music drowned out the pool and restaurant area.

It was a very quiet area, the accommodation is top notch because of the space and it has a very wild vibe.

The fact that some of the staff speak almost no English and sometimes they misunderstand what you want. And we had a little problem with our room not being ready at check-in time which made us a bit uncomfortable as we had come from a long flight with long waits between layovers.
