Very simpatic personel, well equipped kitchen for use of the guests, unlimited coffee and water, Free shuttle to the very nice Kata beach every hour. Interesting furniture style, large room, cleanness. Closed to the shops and restaurants.

Breakfast could have been included in this price, and the room had NO WINDOW!

The hotel is great for a relaxing getaway in Kata. It's conveniently located close to everything—you can reach the beaches and restaurants within a 10-20 minute walk. And because it's not right on the main road, it's quiet at night. The bedding and towels are top-notch, and they’ll happily replace them whenever you ask. The bed itself is huge—a true king-size. There's also a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix, and the Wi-Fi is good enough that you can stream videos without any buffering issues.

The room isn't particularly large, and the bathroom with the shower isn't separated by a wall—it's just part of the room with a sliding door. There's no balcony either, so drying wet towels or clothes might be a bit tricky."

I like that it was near and convenient to establishments like 7/11, laundry, massage/spa, restaurants/cafe, ATM machines. I find room spacious with your big luggage around. The front desk and utility staff were always welcoming and significantly accommodating to your needs, especially when we had an issue in the toilet, they attended to us straight away.

The front desk personnel and utility staff were friendly and accommodating however I hope that they have security personnel the next time especially at night because literally anybody can just enter the hotel even with cameras monitoring around. The toilet should have at least a bucket and a dipper as they don't have a bidet, so I had to move to the shower to wash my bum off.

Really lovely place. Especially the staff, not sure if it was manager or owner but either way he couldn’t have been any nicer 🫶🤍 great location right between kata beach and karon beach and not far from patong area either - great scooter rental literally across road, coffee shop right at entrance of hotel doors does exceptional coffee with also great staff, they also do fab food options. Laundry directly across from hotel also. Has everything you need, and everything else is directly on the doorstep

Nothing honestly

We stayed at this accommodation for four nights and extended a fifth one due to change of planes . The manager, Tony was extremely kind and helpful. He assisted us booking airport transfers and a boat tour. The rooms were clean, the bed were very big and comfortable. The location is very convenient, 10 min walk from Kata beach and from Kata Noi Beach, which is better, cleaner one, its a 30 min walk or a few minutes ride. The street is relatively quiet and there are several shops, massage centers and restaurants nearby.

The bathroom is somehow atypical, you can either slide the door to the WC or the shower side. Might be discomfortable, depending on who you are traveling with.

- Cosy and homey; feels like a space I would enjoy living in long-term and having guests over - Very spacious! 3 bedrooms; each comes with a large attached bathroom - There’s another bathroom outside, so 4 bathrooms in total - Amenities are pretty much as complete as your house (e.g. Fridge, microwave, washing machine, TV, kitchen utensils, sufficient hangers, etc) - Netflix available; I used my own account - Reliable Wifi for remote working - The host, Tony, is extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. He’s fluent in multiple languages, can help you book day trips, and very willing to share travel advice - Free hourly van rides to Kata Beach - Huge communal kitchen downstairs for those staying in units without built-in kitchen

- The AC in the master bedroom (with colourful pillows) is extremely cold despite trying to adjust the temperature. The other rooms are fine - The Color Kata is located on a relatively quieter road (but not dodgy in any way) with many massage parlours but limited eateries. You’ll have to explore slightly further to reach the livelier spots in town

Rooms are spacious and beautiful, excellent value for money. They also have a well equipped communal kitchen and an hourly free shuttle to kata beach. Staff are friendly and very helpful, the location is really nice with a lot of nice restaurants nearby as well as kata night market.

The shower/bathroom is oddly located but not too bad if you know about it beforehand. The first day I was there my room smelled strongly of bleach, the smell was coming from outside the window so maybe it was located near a laundromat or something. I asked for a room change on the other side of the hotel and that fixed the issue.

The coffeeshop next door did a good breakfast and the location was excellent. Quite busy in the evening so felt very safe walking back late. Cheerful decor, my room was at the front so very bright and large (on the street but three floors up so just a buzz rather than disturbing). It has everything I needed. There is a lift, check in/out is relaxed, beach towels are provided, and a huge kitchen that can be used by guests if wanted. It worked perfectly for me and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend.

We had a very wide room with the most enormous bed I’ve ever seen. The mattress is hard and comfortable, the pillows are high and comfortable. Wi-Fi was fast and stable and room had everything necessary - many power outlets, storage space, hangers, working safe box, etc. The owners are hospitable and friendly and the housekeeper is a delicate and diligent lady. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and right after cleaning the room smells like heaven from her Thai secrets. The location is perfect - close to countless businesses, in between two bus stops and close to Kata beach. It’s also quiet at night.

The only downside was some noise in the morning after 9 AM - doors slamming, drilling, sawing, etc. but I don’t think it’s limited to this hotel. We saw people doing construction works every few hundred meters - Phuket is a lively island and so is Kata. And some suggestions for even better guest experience - hand soap and hand towel will be great to be available. Also some kind of clothes drying rack would be great for a beach destination where you’re expected to have wet towels daily.

Amazing hotel! The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, comfortable, modern, individual WiFi routers/ large TV, private balcony. It’s perfect. We loved the large chefs kitchen. Anyone can use it to cook meals. It was great to have access and cook a few meals in. Free shuttle bus to the beach, also beach is very short walk too. Great restaurants around. I can wait to come back in the future.
