If your a smoker it was great,you could smoke anywhere & the staff were great & they were approachable for any of our requests,the pool was great & happy hrs were even better,clean rooms & central to all shops,bars & restaurants, I'm planning a trip in 2024 & I will definitely stay at the Tony again..we were very happy with our stay..Breakfasts were included & had a great variety.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Staff are very friendly Joy,Ice and Jay Jay on the front desk are very helpful and always greet you with a smile . The pool area is always kept clean and in excellent conditon for its age . Rooms are spacious and clean . Air con works well . Location is great it is about a 10 min walk to Bangla road and the Otop bars and less than a 10 min stroll to the beach .

Maybe breakfast hot dishes need to be topped up more often if your late for breaky there is not much left . Shower curtains could be updated .But honestly these are only trivial things .

Had a room with pool access. Nothing to dislike. All good.

Bedside lights very poor. Too dark to read a book in the bed.

Pool was excellent! Room size good. Would recommend floor #3 with little balcony overlooking pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day if required. Shower in bath had good water flow. Two bottle of water each day provided. Small fridge but adequate. Glad they don't provide drinks in the fridge! Urn type kettle and 2 cups for that coffee on the balcony in morning. Towels provided for swimming pool at reception. No prebooking deck chairs at the pool, means always some available!

Lighting in bathroom needs updating, fairly dark. Especially if shaving! Care when exiting shower as it is in the bath. We didn't eat at restaurant, prefered to but outside restaurants as we are really getting tired of the prices NOT including 10% service charge nor 7% VAT. Sure, these are displayed on the menu, but why not include them in the items price as a total? EG MacDonalds include them in the price listed in the menu, so one knows exactly how much is the true cost. As outside drinks and food are not allowed in the pool area if becomes expensive to order drinks there. .

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces and welcome drinks. I booked for two Deluxe Pool View rooms and we were up graded to the Pool Access Rooms. I have stayed in many hotels in Patong and i have to say this hotel is the best i have stayed in . The staff at the front desk are very helpful , polite and greet you in the morning with a smile when we walked past, in which is very pleasing to see. All the staff at the resort are friendly with smiles . The lady in the front tour desk is very polite to speak to and always smiling. My room was made up daily in which was nicely cleaned with no complaints. The bed was firm , but very comfortable to sleep in. The pool is user friendly with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas to use. Happy hour is a bonus with buy one cocktail get one free, which was great to relax with. I ordered a Club Sandwich from the pool bar which went down well with a cocktail. Breakfast was very basic but enough variety to not walk away hungry. I had no complaints with the laundry , left it at the front desk in the morning and ready in the afternoon , ironed as well. The rooms are dated but still comfortable to stay in. The location is great with about an 8 minute walk to Bangla Road and Jungceylon Shopping Centre. O Tops bars are also a short walk to them. I highly recommend Tony Resort as you are a short walk to every thing. I will be definitely staying here again next year. The management of the resort should be proud of the wonderful staff it has . There is nothing that i disliked. The only thing that could have been done a little better is at breakfast . Maybe set up a couple of tables with four settings instead of two. Every morning there was 4 of us and we had to get the cutlery for the other two to sit with us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tony Resort Phuket, and while the overall experience was enjoyable, there were a few areas where improvement could enhance guests' satisfaction. Firstly, the resort's location is superb, offering a central location to all amenities and easy walking distance to Patong beach. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. However, one aspect that could be improved is the attentiveness of the staff. While they were polite and accommodating, there were instances where their response time seemed a bit delayed, especially during peak hours. A more proactive approach to guest service would undoubtedly elevate the overall experience. They were possibly all newly appointed to their role in the dining area. Despite this minor issue, I would still recommend Tony Resort Phuket to travelers seeking a relaxing getaway in a beautiful quite setting. With its picturesque surroundings and comfortable accommodations, it has the potential to be a truly exceptional destination with a few adjustments to the service standards.

The location was good

I did not like the fact that the staff chopped and grinded their waste materials on the premises, absolutely no consideration of noise created. My stay was without breakfast, when I asked if I could buy a breakfast, I was told that the kitchen was closed and only the buffet was available. I notified the hotel of my earlier departure date well in advance, like more than a month before and I was just completely ignored by reception and was handed my receipt for payment without changes. I hope the extra two day charge will be used to take their rubble to another destination to be discarded of so that their clients can have a peaceful stay.

Staff were good. Joy the hotel manager was very good always addressed any concerns right away. Good location pool is great shame not many solo travellers so the foam party was cancelled each week. Bed nice and firm.

There needs to be a proper closed off shower. Every shower the bathroom would flood. The first 3 days when i requested clean sheets they were stained, i addressed this with the manager who took care of it. 1 if the days right next to my room without any notice construction work and filing banging started 8am till midday. They should not start this veggie 1130 being a late night party place that patong is.

The room was older but clean The bed was hard but amazingly we slept very well We didn't use the pool as we prefer the beach Location is amongst the night life of the city and restaurants The staff are extremely capable and friendly The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent let down only by the repetitive breakfast menu

There is little that can be said against the hotel For its age it is maintained quite well

Lovely hotel on the beach. Staff were great always on hand to help you. Lovely breakfast in the morning .

Very annoyed the fact the hotel offers free shuttle service to airport which is only 10 minutes away but when going to book them then tells you only available certain times. False advertisement. Also our door to the room looked damaged did point this out first thing and on a few occasions out key fob was not working so had to keep going back to reception. Also music around pool area needs sorting sands songs over and over
