We booked the superior triple room which was very spacious for 3 people. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Excellent shower water pressure. All listed facilities were complete. Everything was working well, particularly the AC & fridge. Nearby laundromat, I think we walked about 8-10 minutes. Friendly staff. The location is safe especially for solo female travelers. Going out as night didn't feel frightening either. Nearby cafes and restaurants. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the pier and night market, but we didn't mind walking 30 minutes. Otherwise, tuk-tuk hire is available if you don't drive a car/ motorcycle. Short drive to the train station.

The location of the hotel is great. Great view of the river and the ocean from the room. Service was great and everything was always clean. Rooms are very large and have a desk. The front desk helped guide me to many tourist attractions and helped me call tuktuks to any of my destinations. ( Including back to the train station at the end of my trip which was very helpful) Breakfast is overlooking the river and is really awesome and peaceful in the morning. I loved the little donuts and jelly! Wifi is strong and fast for most people but one of my devices really struggled on the 3rd floor. Not sure if it was just me. The hotel wifi in the lobby was lightning-fast. Lobby was very quiet and spacious. There are ~5 great restaurants, 2 cafes, 2 bars within 5 min walking distance. All of which range from good to great. There is also a 7/11 next door which is super convenient. Toilet paper+ bidet provided. Soap and other amenities were provided and refilled. Laundry service was provided for some extra money.

The hot food at breakfast had high variance. I really loved the wonton soups but did not like when they tried to emulate western breakfast. I would advise against the ham and hotdogs, but the fried eggs are good. One of the bars is within earshot and can get loud Fri/sat nights so don't be going to bed early :) never bothered me. Shower is just a bit odd but gets the job done. The room had no Kleenex. The pillows are flat. The lighting was dim in the room if that is something you care about.

I've stayed here many times very good has everything you need....gym is top notch for hotel Probably the best i've seen anywhere... Has good selection of free weights and machines... Cardio equipment like elepticals bikes treadmills... And a fantastic pool That works either for playing in or doing laps and has a small shallow pool. Great for kids and non swimmers... Is great layout too Covered outside restaurant by the pool and nice landscaping around For outdoor restaurant or inside whatever you would like. Great breakfast in the morning with everything that you need western and thai style.... Also can order off the menu for lunch or dinner. Excellent selection ofoods, Thai and Western reasonably priced. very tasty..... cocktails are well made and reasonably strong.... If you want a hotel that has it all this the place.... Also the staff is excellent and very helpful Decent english also

There was Nothing I didn't like

Large room, clean and very helpful staff, a convenient stopping off point on the long train journey south and very reasonable prices.Okay breakfast in the river garden room. Prachuap Khiri Khan is a lazy seaside town, with some notable landmarks and a great restaurant just opposite the railway station.

For most the lack of any heating to any of the bathroom showers or taps wont be a problem. For me, a cold shower before breakfast doesn't really invigorate. You could have a deluxe room with a spa bath though...

We often return to this hotel, because of it's pleasant location and great views from the rooms.

The beach just opposite the hotel is currently "being renovated." Hopefully, it will work out and improve the beach and boardwalk next to it. Nothing from the hotel as such disappoints.

If it wasn't for the excellent breakfast in a very nice setting right above the river, I would rate the hotel as only average and run down. Great local restaurants nerby with excellent value for money.

Definitely do not expect a 4star level (at least for a standard room, which we booked). There is no beach during high tide - only concrete steps.

The view from the rooms was spectacular. Had my binoculars and you can actually do birding right from the room. Some rooms have both river and ocean view. The hosts were wonderful.

It’s a little difficult to get any sort of taxi to town but this is not the resorts fault.

Rooms a good size. Helpful reception. No road noise. Breakfasts a bit limited but OK. Interesting place to eat next door. Hire a bike in town and visit the dusky langurs.

The roosters on one side of the building wake up before 5am - so you will!

Very friendly staff, beautiful river view whilst eating breakfast. To the front of hotel was the sea, cycle and a walking pathway. Next to hotel were restaurants, shop.

Nice location but maybe a little far out of town needing a tuk tuk to get into pkk .
