Good location at city centre hotel near Trang railway station and enjoyable weekend night market. Very helpful staff and beautifully clean. Pretty room and well laid out bathroom. Excellent wi-fi. Breakfast available in restaurant next door and evening meal also available in Wine Corner, both very good.

Wonderful place to stay. Trang town has literally nothing to do but this hotel has a great bar attatched to it for evening drinks. The restaurant next door is excellent for breakfast and lunch and the train station is next to that. Also the hotel reception will arrange all your tours and car rentals which is what you are here for anyway. I can't fault this hotel. The location, the staff, the room are all excellent. 10/10 at this price.

Amazing Value, this Hotel is right beside the Train Station (but no noise). Good position for restaurants and exploring. Has a Travel Agent just over the road where you can book excursions. Restaurant service is excellent and great food. Room is comfortable and clean. Hot shower and cold a/c. Bed is firm but we slept well. Friendly reception staff. Has no lift, but was ok for us. Easy stairs. Would recommend

Bed a bit firm.

Location is less then 5 minutes walking from the train station, and they graciously let us check in very early from an overnight train which is such a nice touch. The duvet and pillows were super comfy, the room was spotless, and the hotel staff were really friendly and welcoming. The wine bar downstairs was wicked, showing football for those interested and live music in the evenings.

Nothing all perfect

Nice hotel, located in the center of Trang very close to the trainstation and Trangs second nightmarket in the weekends. Doesn’t serve breakfast itself, but the authentic cafe Kopi 1942, next to the hotel, does serve an excellent breakfast. The lady at the reception is very reliable and helpful (made arrangements for us to park our bicycles when we went to the south by bus for a week) and speaks English very well. We loved our stay at Ban Ao Thong.

The staff were welcoming and friendly.The room was well appointed and was great value for money. Located near the train station was an added bonus. The tuk tuk ride from the bus terminal was quick and cheap. I would definitely stay in the hotel again.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

We were staying at the hotel for the second time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant on our second night, and it was fantastic. My steak was cooked to perfection, tender and the vegetables were perfect. The pasta was delicious and cooked just right.

A pleasant hotel right next to the train station, yet very quiet. Comfortable beds, daily cleaning, fresh water. They do not offer breakfast, but there is a dining room right next to the hotel where they serve breakfast at incredibly low prices. You can also have a very tasty and cheap meal there until 5 o'clock in the afternoon.

Rooms do need a makeover but for what is charged per night, one should complain too much! Still, I think it's about time thos is addressed

The location is fantastic and the bar attached has live music sometimes, staff welcoming and organised trip to koh Muk quickly.

Bed was a little uncomfortable but nothing too bad.
