Please provide different types of soaps like hair shampoo, Body shower gel etc... this I did not find in my room.

Good location, supermarket nearby, you can walk to the main market, every moto-taxi knows where it is - 10-15min ride to Ghana border. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially a guy who checked me in. Spacious room, comfortable bed.

There’s a giant puddle outside the hotel and street it is located on is one-way, so to arrive moto-taxis will take a detour via some bumpy side roads

Breakfast options were thin but just Ok. Bed was comfortable. Liked the balcony attached to the room. Room amenities were just alright.

The construction on the road made the environment messy. The road is also prone to flooding which makes it difficult to get out without a car/taxi when it rains.

Highly dedicated staff, extremely nice and helpful. The room was nice, good value for money in Lomé for a short business trip. The sky restaurant & bar has a nice Indian menu, with a real Indian chef. Free airport shuttle.

The staff that can speak English were very friendly

The food, complimentary breakfast is not always enough for the guest. If you get to the restaurant like an hour to the end time, you may not meet food again. I experienced it on two occasions

Food is nothing special but meets requirements

I checked in around 4am in the morning, only needed a two hours nap before heading to the airport. Unfortunately couldn't fly meanwhile I've checked out. Upon calling them, they allowed me stay the entire night to be able to fly the next day. Such a kind gesture.

The facility kept having power outage. There was unstable power for few hours before it finally got rectified. Management went room to room apologising, which also a positive note on dealing with customers.

Breakfast was tasty. They know how to cater well to large groups, they made sure there was a refill as soon as a food item finished at the buffet.

That my offline reservation via call wasn't acknowledged. Then again, won't fault them for that, as they were pretty helpful in making sure I found a good hotel as theirs and also got me a cab. Also, my friends say the rooms need to be aired out before clients come in.

Helpful staff who spoke English which is unusual in Togo, great Indian food!
