I went out-of-season and at times felt like I had the hotel to myself. There were definitely more staff than patrons. So they were happy to oblige with any request. The room was lovely, well appointed and clean, and the location is beautiful. Within a 10 minute walk or couple of minutes drive you can reach six different beaches, dozens of places to buy food and drink, including the excellent bar on the beach operated by the hotel. Being on a hill means you get beautiful sunrise and sunsets.

The food was a little basic for my taste. It either needed to be more genuinely local or more elaborate. Because I was the only one at breakfast they did not put out the buffet. There was only instant coffee available. Despite advertising as a spa resort there was no spa in operation (not sure why). The wifi was extremely patchy, but does cover the beach area too.

The breakfast was great! The room was exactly what we needed, a place to rest and relax. Dinner was sumptuous, we requested an earlier hour for dinner and the staff accommodated us. Thanks to all from the front desk to the kitchen for making our stay so wonderful. Special thanks to all who served the meals, they were all so friendly and lovely persons to talk to.

The closeness of the beach very convenient and being a guest at the hotel allowed you free chairs and fresh towels They also had a bar and restaurant on the beach attached to the hotel.

It would have been nice if the hotel had some local drivers for short distances we found we were being overcharged because we were tourists they did have contacts for things to do on the island and the concierge was heelpful

The staff were excellent, swimming pool was one of the best we've experienced (nice and deep), breakfasts and evening meals were very good. Bedroom and bathroom were all that you could expect.

Sadly the hotel was very quiet when we were there so the place lacked atmosphere. Some days we had the pool to ourselves all day (I can see that to some people that would be a good point!). Similarly for evening meals - food was good quality but very few diners. This is not in any way the fault of the staff or the hotel, which were excellent - the whole island seemed to be going through a very quiet phase.

The location is amazing! A short walk to the beach and a pool on site (with a pool bar)! The food and drinks are awesome! The room, bathroom and overall resort were very clean and tidy. The staff made my stay that much more enjoyable. I traveled alone and had some anxieties about being alone in a strange place. Staff members from complimentary transport to housekeeping all made me feel safe and at home. Everyone was friendly, attentive, honest, accommodating and very professional. Since I am not so familiar with the money, I gave the wrong bills on two separate occasions. Both times, the staff informed me that I had overpaid. What honesty and integrity! I have absolutely no complaints.

I liked that the room was modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive especially the staff at the restaurant, Big Up Jason!! Great Caribbean food at breakfast and dinner. The bakes were delightful. Facilities at the beach were good; rum punch and fresh grilled fish plus loungers and umbrellas. The beach itself was nice. Pool good too.

it’s a shame that it wasn’t very busy so not all facilities open but it did mean we had the pool to just one other family. The TV signals in the room were weak but it didn’t matter as I only wanted to see the news.

I got an upgrade on my room which was fantastic. All the staff was absolutely friendly and accommodating. A few in particular, Kurl, Dion, Sanchez and Joan, The lady who did our eggs and the lady who took our orders in the Morning and the bartender by the pool. They really made our stay more comfortable. I think the rooms we had were comfortable, the food was good but I think they need more staff for things to go a little quicker in that department. Overall it's a great place to stay.

It was convenient to the beaches, it’s architectural structure is beautiful and the dinner is delicious.

The bathrooms could use a bit of upgrading, the breakfast needs more options.

The meals were well prepared and even if when we were late for dinner one night, the staff accommodated us.

The timing for breakfast could be extended to 11am

The staff at the various stations were all friendly and professional and always willing to asist. The in-room facilities is very good with the exception of the television stations. The housekeeping is always on time and very good. Towels and other ancilliary items are always very clean and replaced regularly. The hotel grounds and facilities is in good condition. The pool area is very nice. The COVID 19 measures implemented is very good. Signs are visible in all areas.

The fact that they close the pool at 6.00pm is an issue for me. If an adult wants to come by the pool and relax after a hard day or when the sun goes down there is very little time or opportunity for that. The television stations is very poor and inconsistent. They numbers dont represent what is listed and they ramdomly change on there own. The wifi at the section of the facilities that my room is located is very poor. These are modern times if you staying at a hotel at least the wifi should be functional with strong signal. The breakfast choices is very limited. There needs to be a greater variety on the different days.
