Paid for all inclusive package. Dinner, breakfast and lunch were all very good. Tasty and filling, I was quite satisfied - the meals had true Trinbagonian / caribbean taste. Pool and hotel facilities were excellent, my son enjoyed playing all day long and he ha d a blast. Beach and facilities were well kept and clean. Some facilities were closed but understandable being that we're only now coming out of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Staff were all very friendly and courteous, even down to the maintenance personnel who greeted us with Good Morning's. Room was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone to stay at Starfish Tobago. Affordable and good value.

Parking could have been a little more spacious and better lit. No one to greet us at the front door to the lobby, just a lone security guard who was logging visitors. (TIP: Reception counter is to the right when you climb the steps at the front door after dropping off at the front. ) Hotel was a bit far from local supermarkets / groceries (more than 30 mins walking distance) and hiring taxis can be pricey, I'd recommend renting a car if you're going to stay more than a couple days (rates for rental cars are similar to rates in the US / Canada) esp. if you want to go exploring Tobago with your family - unless you want the whole guided tour package.

The all inclusive package was exceptional Value for money Delicious food - breakfast lunch tea and dinner Lots of variety Alcoholic drinks included Great options for non alcoholic drinkers

The hotel needs updating and better lit at night but inspite for that I must say the facilities were very clean.

The hotel is in a perfect location, with an amazing pool, beach and ambiance. The food was delicious and for the price, it's definitely a good deal.

Food occasionally ran out during the buffet meals. Had to wait a bit of time before being replenished. On a few occasions certain drinks also ran out or were unavailable. Unfortunately some staff were not very friendly.

Meals were great but both breakfast and dinner could have gone a little later than they did - we often felt a little rushed. Entertainment was also good - the steel drum entertainer was amazing - but the entertainment also could have run a little later than it did.

There was a little bit of confusion with the fact we had an additional family member staying with us for two of the nights we were there - even though we had let the hotel know ahead of time that this would be happening.

The staff was lovely.

The fact that basic necessity as water was only available via a water cooler, so I had to go downstairs to stand by the bar and drink cup after cup of water. I didn't get in the fridge, so I had to purchase bottled water to keep in my room. And there was little music available for the guest while in the pool, we begged for it but was totally ignored. I took an upgrade in room but was disappointed because the room was too small. It was not appealing.

The food was great. The entire resort was well kept and always being cleaned and sanitized. Staff was friendly, helpful and very welcoming; from reception to house keeping. The pool was great and well taken care of. Housekeeping visited daily. The room was comfortable. Check-out was at 12 but you were still allowed access to the facilities and meals until 3pm.

The lobby area was very hot. Check-in was at 3 but rooms were not ready until after 4:30pm. (PS: we were allowed to use the rest of the facilities until the rooms were ready which was appreciated but this was still inconvenient).

View was amazing, pool was great.

The bathrooms in the rooms were small. The bathroom door didnt close. The room had regular keys instead of key cards There were european style outlets and only one free us plug to charge devices and not near the bed. The wait staff was at times rude and not helpful. The bartenders didn’t acknowledge you at times and wait times for drinks were very long at times. Food was good a little more variety would be appreciated Alot of amenities were not available but advertised, eg. the grill bar was closed only one restaurant was available no water sports or activities.

The breakfast spread was amazing and the welcome rum punch was out of this world! The state are warm and friendly and were quick to resolve any issues.

The property is very long, so there's a lot of walking involved. Also if you have limited mobility the upstairs rooms are an ask, as the stairs are quite steep. Wifi isn't available in the rooms only on the lobby.

Starfish Tobago has an excellent beachfront,excellent food, nightly entertainment and most of all the staff aim to please their guests...Guests are served a welcome drink in a relaxing surrounding while you wait for your room.

The bartender was very rude regarding request to purchase drinks right after check out even though it was approved by the front desk.

The pool was absolutely wonderful and warm. The beach front and availability of beach chairs and umbrellas. The room view. The flora and fauna. The 7/10 staff members were great.

The lack of availability of WIFI beyond the lobby or Grill hut. This is key in 2022. I am not an IT professional but can you add Routers to get a signal a little further each way? If you have diet restrictions you will struggle with the menu (GERD, GLUTEN, VEGAN, DIABETES).
