I love the staff!! Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful, I must pinpoint the men at the reception desk! Super helpful, and friendly. I also must say that the cleaning ladies did an amazing job, and of course the animators were awesome ppl as well! Overal we had a great vacation! Highly recommend this place. Btw the food was just DELIGHTFUL! Everyday we said we will not eat this much but couldnt help ourselves as there was always something new to try :). Oh yeah and I almost forgot, we booked the hammam sauna with massage and massage was THE BEST we ever had! Amazing!!

I cant really say much. Probably the only thing we werent that happy was the "extern" Maroccan restaurant, it isnt much of a restaurant but mostly different hotel (they offer Maroccan, Italian and mediterian restaurant to eat outside their hotel). We coudnt find it and when we found it the food wasnt that awesome, not sure if it was from there but we both felt a bit sick afterwards. But thats not fault of the hotel.

I liked the location, swimming pools and Food. the walking area around the hotel is beautiful. The property is spacious, clean the beds are comfortable we chose the family property which has 2 floors the top floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 en-suite with balcony and another bathroom. the ground floor has lobby , toilet, kitchen and two balconies I really recommend this property

missing stuff like broom and washing lines for the laundry. we had to spread our clothes on the chairs to dry them. This is essential when you go swimming on holiday. but I’m sure if we asked for them they would brought it to us.

Large Room with separate sitting area and kitchen, helpful and friendly staff, good buffet food with many choices.

For 2 days there was a conference who swarmed over the buffet area - we had to find eating times to avoid them! Although the hotel was nice, we missed not being next to the beach.

The hotel is its own little island with food, entertainment, and shopping within the same area - which are a stay if a few nights is good. The food choices were awesome. The staff including the animators are amazing. There are sufficient activities to keep one busy.

It cuts off from the main town and medina - this is a tourist corner which is good perhaps but one doesn’t get feel of the country.

Amazing place! I enjoyed the food, The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was in the middle of the Medina so we had everything close by. I enjoyed the free carthageland + aqualand access (i was surprised because they didn't mention that in the booking) very friendly and cheerful staff. The pool animation was superb (the foam party was excellent) i will always choose to stay at the same hotel every time i visit Hammamet.

the pool house area was not accessible for hotel guests, i don't know why because it's a wonderful pool.

The customer service. I have requested some basic stuff for the room three times. I had to go to reception to request it personally.

Loved the location and all of the fun things to do! The pool was clean and the staff were friendly and all of the activities at night.

The sheets/pillow case in the rooms weren’t the cleanest, and the shower curtain looked like it hadn’t been cleaned

We had an very nice junior suite sitting area,kitchen and toilet down stairs and up stairs a spacious bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel complex. Food was very nice breakfast great choice and also the dinner. We enjoyed the Sherezade were we had a nice dinner and a great show.

I really liked the reception and attention, from Mr. Radwan at the reception, the wonderful attention of the chef in the restaurant and all his staff, the wonderful taste of the food, the style and the good treatment of the room services supervisor, Mrs. Khawla, I do not want to forget anyone to thank them all. greetings Saadi
