The Hotel is charming and stylish, the facade is in Berber style, the main hall is large and spectacular with cascades and trees. Perfect for visiting Tozeur, the oasis, and the desert. The swimming pool is large, clean and surrounded by palms, personnel is helpful, breakfast and dinner are abundant and high quality, with a large variety of food. Thanks to Ida the receptionist!

Wi-fi is available only the main hall, no wi-fi in the rooms... this has been a downside having an e-SIM with a limited amount of data.

Great value hotel with kind staff.The buffet breakfast and dinner were very tasty with great choice of fresh produce. Spa was good and the outdoor pool was clean and refreshing.

Rooms a little dated compared to European 5 star hotels,but large rooms.

A Bit Noisy in the morning I guess the roomservice were talking loud And moving furniture around Lobby bar does not serve outside on front terrasse

I like the Dinner and Breakfast (especially the Ojja) that was included in our booking, which we weren’t even aware of. The first night, our room was on top with so many stairs up and down just to reach our room. Second day the reception gave us a change room for free with a queen size comfy bed without us requesting!

Only that rooms has no WIFI.

Lovely hotel about 2 kms from the centre of Tozeur. Distance ideal for taking a horse drawn carriage which wait at the entrance. The rooms , food, staff were all the you would expect for a four star hotel and the all inclusive rate was excellent value in early November 2022. Heated indoor pool which was nice in November. Plenty of secure parking if you are driving. Tours can be organised at reception to surrounding sites but very expensive and much better and cheaper to hire a car.

Service, cleanliness, architecture, rooms, mattresses and breakfast all hit the right spot. We enjoyed the hotel and also liked getting out to the medina and to the desert for adventures.

The indoor pool was way overheated and had a lot of chlorine. The walls and windows for the indoor pool were dusty along with some mould. The outdoor pool was totally unheated and super cold, so that was a disappointment.

It has two Great pools and a lovely hammam . The bar serves lovely cold beers .. the reception area is great with water falls and lots trees and seats .. the bedroom and bed were comfortable and large ..

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was large and perfect for the hot weather. The breakfast and dinner buffets were ample and tasty.
