The hotel got quite busy yet there was no towel card system in place i.e. you could get as many towels as you wanted for the pool so people were taking lots and leaving them on beds. This meant quite often there were no both no towels and no sunbeds left. We were often told to come back later for a towel or go elsewhere in the hotel to get some. In the afternoons, we removed others' towels in order to get a bed. We didn't have this issue last year as there was a card system (one towel per card), so we were disappointed by this. It seems petty but you really don't need that stress when on holiday.

The facilities were fabulous, food was available 20 hours a day and there was always something for everyone, bar is open 24 hours. We were doing 18,000 steps a day just around the resort. Fab staff, especially all the bar staff. Entertainment every night. Pools were always clean, with lots of towels and sun loungers available. Nice that they have an indoor pool too as my son burns with the sun. Paddle boards and canoes were free of charge. Local bus brings you into town for 15 lira every 15 minutes. Free WiFi available throughout the resort, some parts better than others but considering the size of the place it’s pretty good signal. Luckily for us we got a great deal on the price of our stay too.

From check-in to check-out we received excellent customer service at Pine Bay Holiday Resort. I would like to thank Özge (Guest Relations) in particular for all her help and kindness throughout our stay, she provided outstanding service and Pine Bay are very lucky to have her. The resort is in a great location, with quick access to Kusadasi via a Dolmus or Taxi. It's also just below Ephesus and Selcuk which we were very fortunate to visit. The resort itself is very big, has a long beach and several pools. My two children (3 & 8) loved the kids' pools, slides and especially the ice cream which they enjoyed every day. There is a kids club next to the kid's pools and they also have a Mini Disco at 20:30 pm every night, which was enjoyed by both the kids and adults. Entertainment is also provided after the Disco for adults, we loved the various performance shows especially the acrobats and fire show. Food - there is something for everyone. I myself am a vegetarian and was spoilt for choice, my husband enjoyed the chicken & fish, whilst the kids treated themselves to a bit of everything. My concern was that the children wouldn't enjoy the food or would be fussy, but they loved the food and ate more than they would at home. The desserts/fresh fruit was also very nice - the watermelon, in particular, seemed to be enjoyed by most of the diners. Omar who served the watermelon/melon was always cutting away with a happy smile on his face. There are various restaurants throughout the resort including bars and snack bars, we had an Italian meal from the Panoramic balcony one evening with a spectacular view. We had a Club room (906) which accommodated a family of 4, it was very spacious so we all had enough space at the end of the day to relax in our own zones. There was an extra room with a sofa to chill out on and a balcony overlooking the breathtaking sea.

We stayed in early October and booked two rooms in the main building and club room a bit far from everything. The room in the admin building was good with a sea view. What we loved in this hotel was the amazing view, lovely sea and especially the concept of meal (not a buffet style) in all bars.

The club room for three people was located in a green area with a fantastic view to the sea, however the room itself was outdated and the single bed was not comfortable. The room was basic. Lack of WiFi in the club room. Consider walking up and down if you stay in the club room. The lift to the beach did not work for 4 days. Overall, our stay was wonderful and I will recommend this hotel but with accomodation in the main building.

It was our first trip to Turkey. We didnt know what to expect and were pleasantly thrilled. - We took a large club room for family of 4. It was spacious with good views as soon as we go out. Room facilities are not luxurious and a bit worn out, but the purpose of the room is not to stay in the room, so its ok. 😉 - Food choices are very diverse. There is something for everyone. Wide range of vegetarian and meat options. - Has a Private clearwater green beach and excellent views from across the hotel. Lots of swimming pools and water slides for kids. There were different entertainment programs every evening in the Amphi theater. - There were many paid activities like scuba diving, buggy driving, para sailing, horse riding, etc. - Lots of space for a walk or stroll. City center is 15 min by Bus (20 Lira). - Pack swimming gear, inflatable floaters for pool, scuba masks,

1) There was a lot of food waste. At the least there should be message boards to warn people to not waste the food. 2) The place is so big with so many activities, it was not easy for a first timer to find information about the events and activities.

Our recent stay at Pine Bay was nothing short of exceptional. As a family of seven, we were treated to a luxurious experience, beginning with our stunning infinity villa. The panoramic ocean views were breathtaking, and the private pool was impeccably maintained. The resort's culinary offerings were equally impressive. We enjoyed delicious meals at several of their restaurants, with Su, the seafood restaurant, being a particular highlight. The cabanas provided a serene and private retreat along the beach. For those traveling with elderly family members, the resort's staff was incredibly accommodating. Their golf cart transportation service was a lifesaver, ensuring easy access to all areas of the property. The small but exhilarating aquapark was a hit. The resort's prime location, nestled within a picturesque bay, added to its allure. Evening entertainment shows were quite fun to watch, and most of the hotel guests were gathering to watch. One of the most memorable aspects of our stay would be what happened after we checked out and left the resort. For our last night in Turkey, we had booked a 3 bedroom suite by the Izmir beach close to the old bazaar. The resort driver took us there, and when we arrived, we realized that such a place did not exist and it was a fraud. Our driver and resort staff helped us a lot to figure out what to do next. The driver patiently waited for us to find another place nearby, and he helped by making phone calls and visiting the hotel we found to make sure about our safety and comfort. The hotel staff followed up by calling us and also calling the hotel that we had found to ensure that everything was in order. They also offered us to come back to the resort, which we would have loved, but we had already plans for shopping and visiting Izmir. This experience at the end was really thoughtful, and we appreciate that.

While not a major issue, I did find that upon check-in, it would have been helpful to receive more detailed information about the resort and its amenities. If you have any questions or need assistance, I recommend contacting the guest relations team via WhatsApp. They were always quick to respond and provide helpful information.

Great location, fantastic food and amenities (pools, restaurants, bars, sport facilities)

The resort claims the club rooms are soundproof which is very far from truth, you can hear your next door neighbors very clearly (spoke to few other staying in the club rooms and that was the case for them as well) and with windows being single glazed you can also hear anything outside. The entertainment is very loud and takes places late eg. shows from 21.15 and dj from 22.30 till midnight. It also takes place in the area where club rooms are located, which tends to be where families with kids stay so it was very noisy.

This is a family-friendly hotel, very reliable, with a wide range of facilities. The kids club team is incredibly attentive to kids. Food and drinks are available around the clock. The bar offers superb cocktails in the evening, and the quality of the food and cafes is excellent. The staff is always very helpful and friendly, even though they work intensively. I want to thank you for your sincere attention and for addressing all our requests. Your staff is truly kind and always smiling. I am very grateful for the excellent service you provide.

The beach was nice secluded clear crystal, very big spacious friendly staff helpful, food was amazing lots of variety rooftop restaurants has nice sea views

My room far from the beach, no towels on arrival to beach, room service slow or none requested missing items from room like conditioner hand towel and bad experience with spa department I had a kese and köpük the lady scrubbed me so hard on the chest left soars all over she was rough and not professional went back next day in pain they game me oil for healing and was apologizing

Everything including staff, territory, sea and facilities was exceptionally perfect. I can't imagine something better to this price. Very beautiful 4 a la carte restaurants were really tasty and differ from each other. Special thanks to the guest relations staffs Emre and Aleyna, specially Emre bey helped us a lot and solved all of our problems.

The weather was a bit cold in the may, probably season opens after the may in here. Also lady who manages the sea-fish restaurant named Tuba was a bit nervous and intolerant toward our children .
