The breakfast was a lot tastier than it looked, nice staff who were accommodating of me switching rooms midway through to stay with friends. They were so good bringing us tea and coffee, helping with travel and clothes ironing, and the rooms were clean. The 3 people room was a lot better than the single. The good price is the main draw of course!

Thin curtains aren't the easiest for jetlagged travellers not used to sleeping with natural light. I had local friends to tell me too what areas nearby were better avoided alone at night.

For the price it offers, it is a nice place and I think it should be viewed in this prospective. The hotel is situated on a very busy road and they have a parking lot lituated 50m further down the road. If you are carrying luggages, you'd better unload them at the hotel entrance, then park. The road from the parking lot to the hotel is, let's say, below standards. The room was big with two big beds.

The bathroom was rather small. The fridge was tiny and we barely managed to fit smth in there. The guys at the reception, though helpful, might smile once in a while, it's free.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly; they helped us and guided us on how to find exchange stores, telecom shops and they even helped us to book transportation to Goreme. Moreover, our flight was cancelled, so we returned to the hotel and we could book rooms instantly and the staff helped us to claim refund from the airline.

The breakfast could be better, the buffet had a limited variety of food, but everything was delicious and fresh.

This is a big bustling city on the edge of western civilisation and so you get what you pay for and this hotel is a basic no-frills bolt-hole from the buzzing location it is set in. There are other better hotels nearby and so plenty of restaurants have a smatter of English to get by and the staff equally so. The breakfast was spartan; but perfect to send you on your way for another day of travel.

The shower alcove was very small, but functional.

The hotel had a very good breakfast. The room was a little smaller than the picture but had everything you need including an air-conditioning unit and a well functioning bathroom. The staff was great and were very helpful at every request.

The room still had a little dust etc. In the corners but was otherwise clean. Sadly the hotel was painting the entrance at the same time I was staying, which made the rooms smell of fresh paint and was somewhat irritating.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. There is a car park, free for residents, not far away, but we were able to park right outside the hotel. Breakfast was great, with a lot of choice and omelette if you wanted. Good sized room with storage and wardrobe. Eat at Kaya Kebap across the road. The food is amazing!

Noisy at night, as it is right on a main road, but Adana is busy 24/7 , so any hotel is going to be noisy here. Still a good choice.

The location was great. The hotel manager EDEREM was extremely supportive, kind and good at English. He arranged my bus ticket to Ankara by using his contacts. He tried his level best to make my stay memorable. The room was small but clean.The breakfast was OK.I enjoyed my stay there and pray especially for Ederem ,for his kind support during my stay.

Breakfast quality should be improved

lovely charming helpful and fun staff. pleasant modern rooms. comfy bed. shower and wifi (the two things i get annoyed about the most) both working as i hoped. a good location with plenty of adana kebab places to eat nearby (or if you prefer, ask the receptionist where the soup place is - out the door to the right, round the corner, and then directly opposite the second tobacconist - and ask for the lentil one). expat bar and sushi place 1.5kms away, or a c.2 euro taxi ride. and if you need a driver, ask them to call mustafa.

i was a bit sad i couldn't order a cappucino but no-one really drinks italian style coffee in that region anyway. consider it a first-world problem and not a complaint. the atmosphere in the lobby was a bit flat, but maybe that was because i was all on my lonesome ;)

Great value hotel which is highly recommended. Great location, fine breakfast, very helpful staff and nice sized rooms.

WiFi a bit patchy in the room at times (though they did fix it when it went completely), breakfast only until 10 AM and they could provide 'Do Not Disturb' signs for the doors but these are far outweighed by the plus points.

We were there for 3 weeks right after the devastating earthquakes. The staff were exceptionally nice and polite and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

It would be great if they changed their policy regarding pets. We asked to have one kitten in our room for one night (he had been rescued from a collapsed building and was traveling the next day to the US, but they refused, so my colleague had to sleep with the kitten in the car in front of the hotel.
