One of the best hotels in Adana. The location is excellent in the city center, close to everything. The service is excellent and for me it is classified as a five-star category. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Perfect cleanliness. The breakfast is more than wonderful and varied. The staff is professional, kind and cooperative. I recommend it

This was an overnighter for us on our way to Sanliurfa and our first experience in a big city centre away from the coastal resorts. What an experience! We had a great 24 hours exploring, and the hotel was in a perfect location for this. We were given an upgrade to a room on the 8th floor with a large balcony overlooking both the city and the snow covered mountains in the distance! A perfect end to the day watchhing the sun set. The room was a good size, with tea and coffee making facilities, comfy beds, super warm and a great buffet breakfast the following morning. We weren't sure what to expect but this did exceed our expectations in terms of location, valet parking, local restaurants and walkability to local sites. In our short stay we did so much.

Can't think of anything not to like - a good city centre hotel.

I came back to this hotel because previously I had found it a pleasant place to stay. It's located right in the heart of Adana about 10 minutes walk from the famous Roman bridge and beautiful Mosque. I had a room on the top floor which had a nice balcony and review over the city.

As previously mentioned, very minor things like the decor being a bit dated and things like the table and chairs on the balcony being a bit wobbly. But really this is nothing.

The breakfast was the best. I tried different hotels with 3 stars and 5 stars, the value of the breakfast for this 3 stars hotel was the best one. they even have an orange juice extractor for the breakfast, so you can make your own fresh orange juice !!

humidity in the room. the air conditioner is old so don’t work well. I got sick because of the hot temperature of the room, I couldn’t change it unfortunately ! is the only dislike about this hotel

The hotel is very well located right in the city centre of Adana. The staff are very friendly and welcoming as well as speaking English well. The breakfast is varied and of excellent quality.

The rooms are a bit worn and could do with a bit of care. For example, the paint in the room underneath the TV had peeled away leaving the wall exposed.

All Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was so big with a seating area and two TVs! Location was very convenient in the middle of shops and walking distance to main city’s attractions. Cleanliness of hotel common facilities and adherence to COVID-19 safety measurements.

Room was generally very dark. Lighting system in the room may be improved Breakfast was very basic and the same every day.

İt has a relaxed atmosphere. The room was very spacious and there are many areas in which to relax. The reception area and passages has beautiful decor. İts on the very busy main road in close proximity of shops

The fact that you had to pay a separate TL 20 for an omelette at breakfast time.The rooms decor is outdated and lighting not so good. The staff are not all that friendly.

The hotel was beautiful with lovely pictures on every floor. The breakfast food was amazing with a wide variety of food. The staff was very nice and accommodating plus helped us get a taxi when needed.

We would have liked to have had lettuce and watermelon as part of the breakfast. The shower head came off.

I would like to thank Mr. Ramazan for his great help eith the luggage. The hotel location is great. The breakfast is very variated, the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is very recommended.

Easy access to airport, lots of restaurants nearby, busy street but good soundproofing on windows; We had an early flight and they let us access breakfast a few minutes early.

Front desk staff was very efficient but not as friendly as other hotels.
